First off, I'd like to say thanks to the guys at Finaflex for hooking me up with the awesome opportunity. I have been wanting to try Finaflex products for a while and now I finally have the opportunity to do it!

My workout schedule:
Monday: back
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: shoulders and tris
Thursday: legs
Fridays: arms
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: chest and shoulders


Also at lunch I have been trying to do Insanity everyday.

Time to get Stimul8ed....lets do it

So today was the first dose. I took a little over half a scoop because I was going to be doing insanity at lunch and didn't want to havee a heart attack or something haha


The taste was pretty good it tasted just like a apple. The powder by itself was pretty rank smelling, it had me worried.

There were a few floaties in the cup that didn't dissolve.

The energy was great! I made it through the whole workout only stopping once. Usually I'm dying by the end of one. No irritability or crash. At least not yet. I was very cold throughout my workout which is pretty rare. But I was drenched in sweat.

Sounds like a good start...very smart to start off with a smaller scoop...stimul8-ed:)

by the end of my workout I was freaking drenched in sweat but I was cold.
Not very vascular like I normally get but this is what I was expecting.

I had a ton of energy throughout the workout and could have kept going if I didn't have to run back home before work...


PS if you guys have any workout tips please let me know. I do like dropsets and supersets :)

Missed yesterday so today I hit arms

The taste of the sample remains good. Got the tingles today and a little case of the shakes. It also tore up my stomach a few times during my workout( typical of stim effect on me ).

Had a good pump but not vascular. Below is the majority if my workout. I forgot to add a few exercises here bc my phone died mid workout

I started out with 15min on the stair master at level 17. Got a good sweat going then I hit arms

I usually tris on chest day to so it's more of a split up. I forgot to mention I did weighted dips, bench dips, skull crushers with dumbbells and ez curl bar as well :)

So yesterday I took a full scoop then I went in and hit legs... I don't think I have ever sweated so much in my life! Haha. After my warm up set of leg extensions I was already starting to sweat. About halfway through I had to change shirts bc I didn't want to be "that sweaty guy" working out.


I failed to take my phone in to log it but my legs are absolutely destroyed today. I can barely even walk.

Boom.....don't you just love it....smashing legs is what seperates the boys from the man...

I don't mind that sweaty guy so long as he A: DOES NOT STINK!!!! & B: WIPES THE DAMN EQUIPMENT OFF WHEN DONE!

Big Ups to you for being a considerate person in the gym. Not a lot can make me turn into a jerk or call someone out point blank but those 2 things just twist my titties!

You won't have a problem doing that. And good thing I didn't stink I probably woulda just left the gym *embarrassed* haha

Friday -back

So took my Stimul8 around 400: and hit the gym at 430. On the way to the gym I was starting to get a little of the itchiness but nothing super significant.

After the first set of my workout I was already sweating. Itchiness had gone away and I felt a bit cold. By the end of the high rows my back was soaking. I had a lot of energy compared to the 5 hours of sleep i got the night before. I did more sets than I usually do and I felt I could have gone for more but time ran out.

I also felt that I had a pretty good pump going throughout the entire workout and about a hour later I felt pretty sore(in my lower lats) in places I haven't felt before. About a hour after the workout the coldness finally went away and I felt good. I was pushing through work like a mad man and I had no noticeable crash.

Saturday. legs


Today I woke up and was dog tired and sore. I drank my Stimul8 at 730 and hit the gym at 8. By the time I hit the gym I was sweating and ready to go!

One thing to note.. Every time I take this about 40 min later I have to use the restroom. Usually just once in the morning but with this product it is averaging about 2-3 trips while at the gym.


My legs aren't the strongest part of my body but I noticed a increase in the amount of sets and weight today. No crash either.
