I haven't felt "right" all day.

I think it was the Italian sausage I dug out of my freezer last night, and used as lunch today.

I'm not a fan either, it gives me the bubble guts usually. But I'm also not a fan of wasting food I bought; even if it was frozen for 8 months.

8mo frozen eh? yeah that could contribute to the issue surely
understood on waste; too much wastefulness in our society, on a grand scale..
but, some lines have to be drawn when it comes to potentially toxic stuff being put in my body, imo

I thought freezing was permanent preservation. Not so, apparently.

    oh noooooooo sir
especially if buying fresh and then freezing/refreezing..shortens lifespan immensely, not indefinite at all
    plus - there's freezer-burn!

  10. Yeah.....buy chicken and cook it immediately and taste it. Then buy chicken freeze it for a few days and cook....toatly differant texture and taste. Only time I freeze is if I find a good deal and stock up. Actually waste less not freezing and buying every two days because I make sure to eat what I buy before it goes bad.

  11. So, here is that last update and review will follow it.

This is from Thursday, RE Lower.

As mentioned, it was an awful workout. The weights were heavy, my stomach felt strange, joints ached, and I just couldn't loosen up for the life of me.

Pre: Last bit of Stimul8, maybe 3/4 scoop, maybe less. It was hard to tell.
    Intra: Water

Warm-up: Foam Roll ITB/Add./HF/Quad/Vast.Med., LBBS Bar x 5, BB Mash ITB/Add./HF/Vast.Med., LAX Ball Glute/Calf/Pec/Upper Back, LBBS bar x 15 (still tight. wtf?), Band External Rot (Hips), Band External Rot. (shoulder), BR Hip Flexor Stretches LBBSx45x10, 135x8, 185x8, 225x8 (all heavy??)

LBBS: 275x6x2, 245x6 (cut volume, weights were heavy and my knee was aching something fierce)
    Rack Walkouts: 315x1, 405x1

    Front Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 205x5

    4" Deficit Pulls: 185x6, 225x6 (standing on 2 plates)

Band Assist GM: 275x18 (13, 5) Note: wanted 25, back cramped up and I couldn't get anymore...

Notes: Weights were heavy, obnoxiously heavy actually. Ended up cutting a lot of volume out of this session, was supposed to do 4x12 on squats, 5x5 FS. Neither of those happened. Still sweating a lot and had a good amount of energy, but the strength just wasn't there. Oh well, I guess the two ME session this week really took it out of me

Went home, felt like butt and slept for 12 hours. (Had some of dat dere diarrhea as well). Still feeling relatively weak today, weight holding ~178.

  12. I don't prefer to rate products on a number scale, but I will rate these in comparison to other pre's that I have tried recently.

    It will be compared to:
    Enhanced, Condense, Uncut, Jack3d Micro.

    Please rate on a scale of 1-5: 1=Strongly Disagree; 2 = Disagree; 3 = Neutral; 4 = Agree; 5 = Strongly Agree

    1) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood... (1-5)
    5. When compared to the other products I've tried recently this one is definitely a great source of energy, I'm almost always in a good mood; especially in the gym. So I can't say that this increased my mood, but I can say that the energy was off the charts. Which was expected.

    2) This product helped me power through my training sessions... (1-5) -
    5. The energy I got from this product definitely helped me power through training sessions. Some of the training sessions I had while using this were absolutely brutal, but it was never an issue. I was able to continue moving from one exercise to the next with no issues.

    3) This product enhanced my mental focus... (1-5) -
    4. This product definitely enhanced my mental focus, but that aspect was not as strong with it as I have had with a few others. It was a noticeable improvement, and I doubt anyone will be let down by it.

    4) This product did not give me the jitters... (1-5) -
    5. I don't really know what else to add to this, it didn't give me jitters. Soo....yeah. No jitters.

    5) This product tasted great... (1-5) -
    4. The taste was good, until it turned into gel. Then it was so concentrated it was ridiculous. I took this mixed with varying amounts of water, and by just pouring it into my mouth and chasing it with water, it tasted fine both ways. I am convinced that no one will have any issues drinking this before a workout.

    6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... (1-5) -
    5. I have already recommended it to people, and they are on the lookout for the release.

Miscellaneous: Definite rise in body temperature when using this, I did not need more than 3/4 scoop of this product at any time. I was sweating more (like a lot more) and it was not dependent on dosing to notice this. I sweat more throughout the day after a few sessions with this pre workout in my system, and at 3/4 scoop (depending on price) I expect this to be a good value for most people.

Negative: The only negative I had with this product was shortness of breath. It only happened at 1 scoop, but it was noticeable. I definitely had issues catching my breath when I used a whole scoop, so be wary of that when first starting out. This went away once I lowered the preworkout dose a little bit.

  13. As always I want to thank all the guys at FF (snags, DW, Edje, Monty, Para, 3clipse, Kleen) for the opportunity to beta test this product, I was impressed with it and will be looking for it to be released!

  14. Very nice review bro we appreciate the honest feedback. Im definitely looking forward to the release as well.
