I'm a 37 y/o powerlifter in Aurora, CO. I'm currently using Brandon Lilly's Cube Method to prepare for the Centennial Open PL meet on 8/17.
In ADDITION to that, I've decided to take on the challenge of concurrently preparing to take a crack at the men's physique class at The Rocky here in Denver in November.
I guess we'll see-I'm pretty f.cking fat right now. I'm currently ~295 @ 6'2", probably 30% bf...hence my need for a little fat burning boost!
My diet will be done by Ken "Skip" Hill all the way into November. The only other supplements I use are PeakBeta+, SuperCissus, TN's TeamSkip protein and TN's nDure. I'm awaiting a couple other "pick me up" supps to help me focus, and I'll include those as soon as I start using them.
I'll get pics tonight when the wife gets home. My logs are VERY vid-heavy, as I'm a total skeptic about logs, numbers and lifts, so I like there to be no question about where I'm at.
I also track macros, but may not post those now that this is considered "prep" with Skip, since the info is proprietary to him, but I'll check. A lot of his diet stuff is out there already (skiploads, PWO sugar bombs, etc), but I'm not stepping on his toes.
