    you know, I've seriously thought many times about starting a conversation on this. I've got pretty big legs + calves, and for the life of me, I can't find any socks in any size that don't leave rings. Any ideas?

    Snip the elastic and then sew the bottom of where u snipped it so it doesn't tear

    Tried this with shirt sleeves once. Don't recommend it for that purpose. :/

    LEG PRESS
    1'30" rest on all sets

    CONVO DEAD
    225x20

    WALKING LUNGES
    BWx20(each)x3
    By this point extra weight for lunges was unnecessary.

    Done.

    DCP got me sweating like I'm on the equator. Holy balls.

    good weight on those rack pulls bro! I'm going to have to start doing those, I'm quick off the floor with my DLs but slow at lockout with maximal weights.

  25. 585 is still a decent rack pull, especially from so low an elevation.

    Don't stress your weight too much, you'll get there.
