    you can do it for sure!! I promised myself that by 28+12 I'll be in stage shape!! I have a long way to go, gives me a reason to kill myself at the gym time and time again..

    ss w/ SLDL: 185(+5)x12-12-12

    lying leg curls: 82.5(+2.5)x12-12-10
    ss w/ calf raises: BWx60(toes out)-60(toes center)-60(toes in)

    I will 100% vouch for its effectiveness in this regard. I'm getting a lot stronger and bodyweight hasn't changed much even though I've been eating a TON. If I lowered cals a bit I'm sure I'd really start shedding the fat, but even with a big surplus, I'm seeing way more change in my muscle size than anything else
