    Hey guys,

    finishing my first test/ Helladrol cutting cycle this week. I've had some great fat loss/ recomping. I've been given the chance to review FORMUTECH NUTRITION™'s RESTORE™. Looks like a great product and I'm really interested in it's anti estrogen effects, as well as liver support.

    First impression...

    Really sharp logo and bottle

    Not an expert on all the ingredients, but the formula looks solid.

    Serving size is 4 pills... and the pills are quite large. Wouldn't recommend swallowing all 4 at once, but two at a time went down smooth.

    No weird burps or bad taste afterward. Nice.

    I'm not expecting anything crazy from this type of product, but keeping estro low is great especially during a cut and pct.

    Will do. I've heard of people using dandelion root pre contest as a diuretic, so I like that addition!

    Forgot to post yesterday. Popped all 4 caps at once and it went down easier than I expected. Been partying a lot lately so I'm glad to have this to take care of my liver.
    Ran up to the gym to work legs and realized the gym closed in 30 mins. I busted ass to knock out as many sets as I could. Also misplaced my weightlifting belt somewhere, so I didn't want to go too heavy and hurt my back (manual labor is a bitch with a messed up back).

    Squats: 225 x 10, 9, 8

    Leg press: 405 x 10, 8, 8

    Leg extensions: 130 x 12, 10, 10

    Wish I coulda done some romanian deadlifts and some lunges, but I did what I could.

    Flat bench: 205 x 5 (PR!), 4, 3

    Barbell rows: 145 x 9, 7, 7

    Incline bench: 135 x 8, 7, 6

    Pull ups: 10, 8, 8

    Decline bench: 135 x 9, 8, 8

    Low rows: 120 x 12, 10, 10

    Started water and carb manipulation today. Prolly ate like 10g of carbs today. Definitely feeling tired and craving sweets.

    Did some calves/ forearms/ cardio... pretty easy workout

    Leg press calf raises?: 455 x 15, 15, 13

    Seated calf raises: 2 plates x 15, 14, 14

    Behind the back barbell wrist curls?: 60 x 12, 10, 12

    Reverse grip barbell curls: 50 x 10, 9, 8

    Steady state cardio: 15 mins, 2 minute cool down

    Yep... cannonballs and cardio today

    Overhead DB press: 70s x 7, 70s x 4, 65s x 8

    One arm cable lateral raises: 15lbs x 10, 8, 7

    reverse flys: 30s x 8, 25s x 10, 25s x 8


    HIIT cardio: 15 mins of hell

    Solid workout today. Was dosing off before I hit the gym, so didn't have much energy or endurance , but I grinded through it.

    Good deal! The pee color is def a good indicator of how much crap your body still has to clean out

    Had my arms day today. I was havin some stupid pumps with potassium nitrate. I highly recommend that stuff.

    Barbell curls: 70 x 10, 9, 8
    Dips: body weight x 9, 9, 8

    Concentration curls: 30 x 10, 8, 8 (self spot for last 2 reps of each set)
    Overhead DB extensions: 60 x 12, 10, 9

    Across chest DB curls?: 30s x 10, 8, 6 (drop set with 20s til failure)
    Diamond pushups: body weight x 12, 11, 10

    Great workout today. Had some crazy veins.

    Taking the day off from the gym.

    Decided to jump back on my diet pretty hard. I'm really happy with the results from my cycle, and its worth trying my hardest to maintain them. I've skipped multiple chances to drink lately, so I'm trying. That combined with the Restore... really caring for my liver.

    I'm not counting calories, but I'm eating really clean, lots of protein and good carbs. Gonna try to eat a bit more at each sitting as long as its a healthy meal. Hoping a few extra cals will help maintain my new muscle.

    Gonna keep cardio pretty high to stay lean. We'll see what happens.

    Good workout today

    Partied hard this weekend, but I still made it to the gym today for legs. Tweaked my back a little yesterday so I didn't want to injure myself doing squats.


    Leg press: 455 x 8 (PR!), 6, 6
    Leg press machine: 350 x 8, 8, 7
    Leg extensions: 130 x 10, 9, 9
    Leg curls: 110 x 9, 8...

    Hamstring cramped up and I had to cut out early. Pretty disapointing workout overall, but I went hella hard last week so I'm aight

    Worked a 10 hour shift in the heat today... tough to hit the gym afterward, but I had to. Was excited to hit the bench and go for a PR and do 2-3 reps with 225, but my workout partner got tied up so no spotter. Then the gym was packed, so I couldn't get on a bench. Made do...

    Flat DB bench: 80s x 8 (PR!), 7, 7

    Incline DB bench: 65s x 8, 8, 6

    Decline barbell bench: 135 x 9, 8, 7


    Being that I'm going heavier for less reps, I decided not to do flys or anything afterward. Went hard as hell today and it was a good workout.

    Lovin this periodization cause I'm setting new PRs almost every workout.

    Urine is still clean, and I feel great.
