Taking the day off from the gym.
Decided to jump back on my diet pretty hard. I'm really happy with the results from my cycle, and its worth trying my hardest to maintain them. I've skipped multiple chances to drink lately, so I'm trying. That combined with the ... really caring for my liver.
I'm not counting calories, but I'm eating really clean, lots of protein and good carbs. Gonna try to eat a bit more at each sitting as long as its a healthy meal. Hoping a few extra cals will help maintain my new muscle.
Gonna keep cardio pretty high to stay lean. We'll see what happens.
Hit the gym hard today. Was feeling really tired, but I forced myself to go and I'm glad I did.

Being that I'm going heavier for less reps, I decided not to do flys or anything afterward. Went hard as hell today and it was a good workout.
