Hello errbody,
It's been a month on the first stack, and ready for the next. Last month was great, this month's gonna be even better. Here's what it looks like:
Workout days (3x a week, twice a day: Monday Chest & Tri, Wed Back & Bi, Fri Shoulders & Abs)
Cardio days (2-3x a week, once a day: whatever I feel like, usually running, sometimes HIIT)
Calories from 2500-3000, 50% protein, 30% fats, 20% carbs
Current height/weight: 5'8" 155lbs
Goal: size up while staying lean
The stuff & dosage protocol:
5 am
1 scoop Bio-Gro
.5 scoop whey protein
1 scoop Test Powder
1 scoop creatine
2 scoops alphamine
1 scoop enhanced
1 alpha-t2
2 DCP 2.0
AM workout, sip on some BCAAs, mixed protein drink immediately afterward with 1 cap erase pro. Bike 3 miles to work.
Right before I bike home I have:
1 scoop BioGrow
.5 scoop whey protein
1 scoop Test Powder
1 scoop creatine
1 scoop alphamine
2 scoops enhanced
2 alpha-t2
2 DCP 2.0
3 Peak Beta +
PM workout, sip on some BCAAs, mixed protein shake immediately afterward.
Whenever I do cardio, I take the following about 30 min before:
2 scoops Alphamine
2 alpha-t2
2 DCP 2.0
4 Peak Beta +
and pound a ton of water and BCAAs afterward.
Right before bed, DCP 2.0 with a mixed protein shake.
Did a similar stack last month (humapro instead of bio-gro, and no dcp 2.0) and loved the clean energy & stamina. This month I'll probably run out of alpha t-2 but I'm sure the dcp 2.0 will make up for it.
Today is cardio. Feel like a run. Will update as often as I can.
