    Summer Stack with lotsa goodies


    Hello errbody,

    It's been a month on the first stack, and ready for the next. Last month was great, this month's gonna be even better. Here's what it looks like:

    Workout days (3x a week, twice a day: Monday Chest & Tri, Wed Back & Bi, Fri Shoulders & Abs)
    Cardio days (2-3x a week, once a day: whatever I feel like, usually running, sometimes HIIT)

    Calories from 2500-3000, 50% protein, 30% fats, 20% carbs
    Current height/weight: 5'8" 155lbs

    Goal: size up while staying lean

    The stuff & dosage protocol:

    5 am
    1 scoop Bio-Gro
    .5 scoop whey protein
    1 scoop Test Powder
    1 scoop creatine
    2 scoops alphamine
    1 scoop enhanced
    1 alpha-t2
    2 DCP 2.0

    AM workout, sip on some BCAAs, mixed protein drink immediately afterward with 1 cap erase pro. Bike 3 miles to work.

    Right before I bike home I have:
    1 scoop BioGrow
    .5 scoop whey protein
    1 scoop Test Powder
    1 scoop creatine
    1 scoop alphamine
    2 scoops enhanced
    2 alpha-t2
    2 DCP 2.0
    3 Peak Beta +

    PM workout, sip on some BCAAs, mixed protein shake immediately afterward.

    Whenever I do cardio, I take the following about 30 min before:

    2 scoops Alphamine
    2 alpha-t2
    2 DCP 2.0
    4 Peak Beta +

    and pound a ton of water and BCAAs afterward.

    Right before bed, DCP 2.0 with a mixed protein shake.

    Did a similar stack last month (humapro instead of bio-gro, and no dcp 2.0) and loved the clean energy & stamina. This month I'll probably run out of alpha t-2 but I'm sure the dcp 2.0 will make up for it.

    Today is cardio. Feel like a run. Will update as often as I can.

    So far, really liking the new DCP 2.0 - it gives me a warm tummy feeling. Bio-gro is weird and pasty, but I add it to my protein shake so no biggie. Have completely cut off alcohol and have seen recovery shoot through the roof. But then, 3-4 beers can kinda hinder your progress I suppose.

    Going to run out of Test Powder soon, any suggestions? Preferably something I can stick with for 4-8 weeks.

    I ended up getting Finaflex 550 XD for some growth-age. Did I choose well?

    Tried something new today - I added another dose of alphamine right before lunch, and I think I love it. Everything else the same, new Alphamine/Enhanced dosage is:

    AM pre-workout: 1.5 scoop Alphamine 1 scoop Enhanced
    Pre-lunch: 1.5 scoop Alphamine
    PM pre-workout: 2 scoops Enhanced

    Huge difference in spacing them out like this. Much better.

    So far so good. There's going to be a week lapse between Test Powder and the Finaflex, but oh well. Leaned out with 3 lbs loss, but feel bigger. Here's one month before, and now:

    Thanks! Did chest & tris yesterday & killed it. Going to do some sprints in about 30 minutes once the Alphamine kicks in. Tried doing sprints once with Enhanced and I got severe cotton mouth. No bueno.

    Kind of intrigued with Finaflex 550 XD, and a bit glad to be off Test Powder as I got pretty harsh toilet action with it.

    Alpha T2 has run its course, but I've got Burn 24 coming this Friday to take its place. Not the same, but I'll pick up A T2 prolly next month.

    Also have Lipo PM and Mass HGH for some sleepytime growth.

    Emailed my receipt for Enhanced on the 4th & still waiting for Erase Pro to hit my door...

    Jogged .75 mi, warmed up then did 4 x 10 sec sprints, then 1 x 15 sec sprint. Rest time is the walk back to start. Repeated. Jogged back home.

    Bushed.

    Changed up the supps since I got a new bunch of goodies in the mail yesterday. Felt so giddy I had a cheat meal (4-pack of Alpha Session).

    Really like this AM / PM workout, but I feel like I'm hitting a plateau since I only have bands at home, and I want to quantify my progress.

    First day with Finaflex 550 XD. Will report on total effects (30 days) at the end.
    Also tried Lipo PM and Mass HGH last night. Woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks. LOVE that.

    Quick update:

    After a month or so, starting to see a bit more definition. Jeans are fitting more loose around the waist. As far as growth: my chest seems to react quickly; my arms, less so. Might need to hit them twice a week.

    Could be the lighting helping a bit but for around the same weight it looks as if your midsection tightened up nicely. Keep it up sir.

    Quick update: after 5 days with Finaflex 550, I feel like weights are nothing. It's pretty amazing - not like I'm in a huge rage or anything, or that I feel like throwing weights around, or am more focused (Enhanced helps with that), it's just that when I start, I feel like I'm ridiculously strong. And when I'm done with my workout, I feel like I can go for another round or two.

    Definitely liking it.

    I haven't tried anything from finaflex yet so I can't comment on that. Good to hear the enhanced is helping with focus. That is actually my favorite perk from the product.

    Another update: man, I'm loving this stack. The only thing I need is sleep, so I may add something for that. Anyhow...

    Diet has been on point, with one cheat meal a week. Have really enjoyed the Alphamine / Enhanced mix, waaaay better than either alone.

    Down to 152, which is pretty insane. I feel bigger, tighter, and leaner. I specifically chose these goodies for:

    1) giving me drive to workout, which is half the battle, and
    2) to make sure I'm training my body to burn fat. Thus the Alphamine and DCP 2.0. I take the Burn 24 only if I have carbs, e.g. a sandwich with a lot of bread.

    I do have to say that the nighttime goodies in this mix are pretty amaze-balls. Although Lipo PM and Mass HGH don't make me fall asleep, they do help me wake up feeling good. I may add REM 8.0 just to see how it works.

    Anyhow, today was cardio, so I did a half-marathon today, just because. Average minutes per mile was something like 8.5, which is a record for me. The PeakBeta+ really helped out. Sooooooo I'm going to have my cheat meal (aka beer) tonight Gotta replenish that glycogen.

    Great update sir. I love dropping some weight but appearing fuller and bigger. That dry shredded feel and look is much more appealing then a bloat fest.

    Well, I joined a gym last week so I can lift some real weights, since the bands were rather limiting. And man, is there a difference. In a good way. All sorts of new soreness, which hopefully means new growth.

    Weight is the same, but I've leaned up and muscles are becoming more visible. Today was the first day I added legs. Tomorrow will be chest & tris, will post a pic.

    Back & bis today. So so so beat. First week where I added a leg day, and Im feeling it. tomorrow is shoulders in the AM, sprints in the PM. Progress: 156. Putting weight on, but getting leaner.
