    I think ill pass. i dont do shakes anyways.. no protein shakes ever.. i mix it in sludge or use it in baking.

    40 (Each Leg) x 10 // 60 x 10
    50 (Each Leg) X 8 // 75 x 8
    60 (Each Leg) x 6 // 90 x 6 (2 Sets)

    2 Second Paused Back Squats
    135 x 8
    185 x 8
    205 x 6 (2 Sets)
    225 x 6 (2 Sets)
    245 x 6 (2 Sets)
    225 x 6 ---> 135 x 20

    Hack Squat (3 Second Negative/2 Second Pause) // Standing Leg Curl (3 second negative)
    2 Plates/Side x 6 (3 Sets) // 40 x 12 (3 Sets)

    Leg Press // Dumbbell Walking Lunges
    4 Plates/Side x 12 // 50's x 20 Steps (3 Sets)

    Seated Calf Raise: **30 Seconds Rest Between Each Set** (2 Second Negative and 1 Second Squeeze)
    2 Plates x 10 (10 Sets)

    Post-Workout:

    Mac and Cheese Bacon Cheese Burger and Fries:

    Energy went fast on this one. i kept all rest to 45-60 seconds and it was not easy at all. Each set of squat was about 15-20 seconds and then resting double that and attacking it again after the pre-exhaust was BRUTAL. the supersets at the end were just torture, and not to mention i did 10 minutes of HIIT cardio to follow it on the bike.

    Energy did not drop, but damn i am gonna be wiped today, mirror is changing but the scale is not moving much even with a calorie drop. My waist is down over an inch, and midsection is getting leaner, not to mention i am sure my backside , arms, shoulders are leaning up. Veins are starting to shine in my legs even in a cold state. So we are seeing visual progress. Man oh man give it 10 more days before i leave for vacation and the pics will be epic to show the different in a short run of these prodcuts.

    Time to REALLY Finish this log strong.

    How the eff can you eat all that ice cream, pancakes, and other goodies and stay fit!
    I feel like every spoon of ice cream I eat will go straight to the belly fat..

    I've also been on this stack for close to 4 weeks so far and it is definitely sick.
    Alphamine + alpha T2 is my new favorite combo.. I'm about to order some more and try the fruit punch flavor..
    My AP is my excuse when I eat carbs otherwise I try to stay away :/ Also using Anabeta elite and erase pro. The next 4 weeks when that studd runs out though I'm going to be running just the AT2 and alphamine just like my man The Solution.

Gym was limited hours for the the holiday but it doesnt matter, i have to work later today anyways, so no real plans. be working 2-12 and then 1-9 the next day,and 9-4 saturday and 7-5 on sunday. so nothing really going down this upcoming weekend.

    Gonna keep working my ass off and 1 week until i leave for vacation.
