Weight Change

Throughout this log as I continue to cut I will hope the addition of Alphamine + Alpha T-2 can help shed 5-6 pounds over these next 4 weeks. Currently Sitting around 177 Pounds. Will take weight at end of the log as well to compare.

I take weekly Pictures for my Trainer (Jason Theobald) as he does assess my physique pre-contest and in the offseason to stay in condition for next time I do take the stage (Currently growing into a middleweight after competing last July at Collegaite Nationals as a LW ((Came in right at 154 the cutoff)). Doing a cut right now to tighten up for a wedding next month/vacation I will be taking for 11 days.

Dosage

Upon Waking: 1-2 Scoops Alphamine and 1 Alpha T-2 ( Will take 2 scoops if training in the morning)
6-8 hours later: 1 Scoop Alphamine and 2 Alpha T-2

Focus/Energy

Given the blend of the Alpha T-2 and Alphamine being a stimmed thermo, I am hoping that the amount of caffeine (Around 100mg) Will help fuel and power me through my workouts while also giving me the fat burning effect to aid for my physique change as well. Overall this will be monitored and I will give weekly updates regarding it and my workouts

Damn this thread is popping and i have not even started it.. Im liking this....

I hope to bring the results. ill be pushing hard in the gym, may have to get some training videos up while i am at it going for a 5 Rep Max on squat.. maybe 365 x 5?

Ask Cooper how much i squatted when we lifted at PSU, and well see how much more i have improved :)

Starting a new program tomorrow, and will start the products Tuesday (day off from weights) because i work 7-5. So will dose 2 alphamine upon waking and alpha t2
then when i come home 1 scoop alphamine and 2 alpha t2

Will follow this protocol if i train fasted in the early morning

or reverse if i train in afternoon.

I live in a residental house, there is nothing wrong with pacakages ever being sent here. Cooper told me that something was messed up in the UPS status and a failed delivery.

i dont know what happened, but when i gave him my addy it was the exact numbers and street.. i dont know what the confusion is. Just hoping to get this started soon :(

Alphamine Raspberry Lemonade

Raspberry Lemonade -- Honestly I am not a major lemonade fan, but this is more along the sides of a stronger Raspberry flavoring which is honestly fantastic, its not very strong, but very smooth. I found that there was no real after taste that had any tartness (in the lemonade) and the raspberry was very refreshing. The first initial burst of flavoring on your taste buds is exactly the flavor you read Raspberry Lemonade, its like a kid at a local lemonade stand that took and mashed raspberries and mixed them right into a huge pitcher. This stuff is delicious. PES did a fantastic job on flavoring this product and its awesome.

Mixability

10/10 look at this, looks so clear and honestly i shook this for about 10 seconds. no clumps, no residue, no nothing. This is the real deal. A nice fine powder that dissolves instantly.

Effects

I will continue to do my write-ups after my workout's over the courses of the weeks for alphamine and Alpha T-2
