Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Cellucor Pancakes:
500g of carbs yesterday from 4-9 PM, woke up and was only up .3 pounds cant beat that, hit a new low of 171.5 the other day so weight wise we are moving and belt is down another notch (Already lost an inch on my waist since starting this log) mirror is changing fast, but i dont want to post any pics till its all said and done before i leave for vacation on the 11th of July.
Time to finish this log strong, energy was solid, i was scooting today and the pump was incredible. added in a scoop of hemavol with my alpahmine pre-workout and wow.. that is CRAZY ish....
DO reccomend.. Lemonade Hemavol with RL Alphamine = Yes please.

I like the drop sets you did on the hammer strength. I've been utilizing the same type of drop set work with every workout and it is really stressing the muscles and tightening me up good. It's amazing how pushing 3 plates on hammer is easy but when you get to a plate and a quarter it feels unbearable by rep 5 haha. Nice work in here bob!

Still haven't tried the Hema + Alphamine combo but I have been wanting to for a while now. Will have to give it a try for sure. Those pancakes sounds delicous and look bomb.

1/4 cup raw almonds
Blend up, freeze for 2 hours. Best icecream

Mac and Cheese Bacon Cheese Burger and Fries:
Energy went fast on this one. i kept all rest to 45-60 seconds and it was not easy at all. Each set of squat was about 15-20 seconds and then resting double that and attacking it again after the pre-exhaust was BRUTAL. the supersets at the end were just torture, and not to mention i did 10 minutes of HIIT cardio to follow it on the bike.
Energy did not drop, but damn i am gonna be wiped today, mirror is changing but the scale is not moving much even with a calorie drop. My waist is down over an inch, and midsection is getting leaner, not to mention i am sure my backside , arms, shoulders are leaning up. Veins are starting to shine in my legs even in a cold state. So we are seeing visual progress. Man oh man give it 10 more days before i leave for vacation and the pics will be epic to show the different in a short run of these prodcuts.
Time to REALLY Finish this log strong.

How the eff can you eat all that ice cream, pancakes, and other goodies and stay fit!
I feel like every spoon of ice cream I eat will go straight to the belly fat..
I've also been on this stack for close to 4 weeks so far and it is definitely sick.
Alphamine + alpha T2 is my new favorite combo.. I'm about to order some more and try the fruit punch flavor..
My AP is my excuse when I eat carbs otherwise I try to stay away :/ Also using Anabeta elite and erase pro. The next 4 weeks when that studd runs out though I'm going to be running just the AT2 and alphamine just like my man The Solution.
