    First thanks to all the great guys at Gamma Labs for supplying me with one bottle of Gamma-O. Gamma-O is a natural test Booster. The bottle has 120 cap. I am taking 4 cap, 2 in morning and 2 in night, this is what the direction on bottle says. The bottle claims Muscle, strength, Libido, stamina. My log will focus on those factor and any other I experience.

    My info. As of 6/8/13 I am at 217 5.5 b/f uncertain. I have been in bbing for 18 years now. In that time, I now have a great knowledge of my body. I Train 6 times per week, one muscle group per day, heavy weight, mixed with some weeks of higher reps workouts. Total time in gym is around 1.30 to 2 hours, this is actual lifting, not talking to people. Diet is clean, sometime on leg day, I do up my carbs. 7 meal total- high animal protein and most carbs in morning- but right now carbs are less than 100g.

    Other supplement I am taking are a preworkout and 4000mg of fish oil and 4000IU of Vit D.

    I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel for abs
    Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine.


    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. No effect felt yet. Dont know when this will kick in.

    alternating curls DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps.
    Rope Curls - 100,120,140-3 set 10 reps
    Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
    Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps

    Tricep
    Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps
    Cable Rope pushdowns 80,90,10 10- 3 set 10-20 reps
    overhead rope extensions 40,50,60 -- 3 set 10-20 reps
    dumbbell tricep kickback 15lbs - 3 set 20 reps

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. Still nothing noticed. My workouts are awesome these days. But still nothing I can link to the Gamma-O

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. Chest when great today. Still Gamma-O hasn't kicked in.

  8. DAY 5- BACK

    Rope Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
    Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
    iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
    Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 120,140,160- 3 set 10 reps
    T-bar row- 3x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
    Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
    Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. I noticed alot more sweating then usual. Also cutting is occurring. But it summer here in MD, so cant be sure of link b/t that and Gamma-O.

  9. DAY 6- Cardio full hours

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. I am sweat bucks, and leaning out. Libido is also higher than normal. Otherwise still normal

  10. DAY 7- DELTS

    FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
    Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
    Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

    Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

    Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
    Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
    DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30

    Traps
    Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
    Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets
    standing trap plate raises to failure 20-30 reps range

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. Still sweating bucks and its cold in MD, so it a change. Libido and fullness are increase slightly.

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. Legs went well today and recover b/t set seemed easyer. Still sweating alot, it ok but also its alot of sweat, this has made me alot grainier than usual, and some fullness..but without the water.

    Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. Recovery is come nicely even after heavy workout, still sweating and my end I am just soaked and temp in MD is still cold for summer. Libido and performance is high even on day I have alot going on.

    No- sleep is the same. So far just alot of sweating and recovery is increased. Mass and strength slightly- but nothing I can point and say gamma-o

    no, I am 217 and my height is 5.5 and my b/f uncertain. But I will also get a pic up. I have not gone for bf in a long time. I have cycled about 4 time since then. But pic will be up- but it will be off a imac isight camera.

    hammer strength chest press 2x45 each side- 10-12 reps done it sets to failure total around 50-60 reps
    DB flat press 60 to 45- 3 sets 10-12 reps
    DB flys flat- 40-3 set 15-20 reps
    hammer strength incline press 1x45 each side- 3 sets 15-20 reps
    flat deline BB chest press 1x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    incline bb chest press 1x45 each side -3 set 20 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-20 reps
    Pec Fly machine 40,50,60,70,80,90,100 FST

    Taking 4 caps- 2 morning and 2 bedtime. Sleep is deep now and my bedtime dose puts me out-slowly. This has help alot with recovery and my muscle soreness is very minimal(normally high end). Still sweating alot and cutting up nicely.

  21. DAY 12- BACK

    some warmup done too
    Hammer strength Lat pull down machine- 2x45- one arm - superset b/t front and reverse grip - 10 reps-each side- 3 sets.
    V Bar pull down 160,220,230 - 10-12 reps - 3 sets
    Seated Cable back rows-one arm with twist - 90,100,110,120 10-20 reps- 4 sets
    DB Back rows - 110,120,120 - 10-12 reps - 3 sets slowed down alot today
    Lat pull over machine 4x35 each side - 10 reps -3 sets
    Pull ups - weight assisted- to failure.

    Taking 4 caps- 2 morning and 2 bedtime. Sleep still deep- but not as deep with l-dopa stuff. But with L-dopa I had problem when I ended the bottle, some withdrawal affects. Recovery still good and I hit back really hard thanks to rebound.

  22. DAY 13- Cardio day- Total 1 hour

    Taking 4 caps- 2 morning and 2 bedtime. Sleep still great, still sweating buckets. Mood is up and not at all tired today.

  23. DAY 14- DELTS

    Front Delts

    45 plate- superset with 25 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
    Front DM raises 40,45,50 -- 10 reps each- 3 set total
    cable pull ups 80,90,100 - 10 reps each- 3 set total

    Back Delts
    cable cross-to back 35,40,45 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
    Reverse pec deck- 80,90,100 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
    hammer strength shoulder press back then front 2x45- total 20 reps - 3 set total

    SIde delt
    cable side raises 35,40,45-- 10 reps each- 3 set total
    laying side raises 15,20,25 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
    machine side raises 100,110,120 - 10 reps each- 3 set total

    TRAPS
    shrugs back 1x45 each side -10-15 reps each- 3 set total
    shrugs front 2x45 each side -10-15 reps each- 3 set total

    Taking 4 caps- 2 morning and 2 bedtime. Delt and traps hurt like hell- just burned them out. I think I may have some scare tissue in my left side delt. When I do a very slow control rep on that side- there is a small pain. All this sweat is soaking my towel, but still keep on going and going.

  24. DAY 15-abs and calfs


    I am cutting up nicely and abs look better- probably all the water weight I lost and some fat too. recovery, libido,sleep all great increases.

  25. DAY 17 - ARMS


    Biceps

    ez curl bar 45 lbs each side 3 set 10 reps
    standing curls 40/45/50 3 set 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40lbs/20lbs 3 set 10 reps
    lying arm curls 20lbs 4 sets 10 reps
    preacher curls 70/60/50/40 4 sets 10 reps
    hammer curls 20/25/30/40 4 set 10 reps

    Triceps
    Cable pull down 70/80/90/100 4 set 10-20 rep
    dip machine 140/150/160/170 4 set 10-20 rep
    lying tricep ext 30 lbs 3 set 10 reps
    Cable overhead ext 50/60/70 3 sets 10 reps
    bar press downs 100/110/120 3 sets 10 reps

    Taking 4 caps- 2 morning and 2 bedtime. Arms increases as day go by I have a peak now a little over a baseball. Now goal is to see if I can get it to a softball shape. Triceps also cutting and horseshoe going nicely. Recovery still allowing me to hit harder. Sleep deep, no vivid dream..just deep.
