First thanks to all the great guys at Gamma Labs for supplying me with one bottle of Gamma-O. Gamma-O is a natural test Booster. The bottle has 120 cap. I am taking 4 cap, 2 in morning and 2 in night, this is what the direction on bottle says. The bottle claims Muscle, strength, Libido, stamina. My log will focus on those factor and any other I experience.

My info. As of 6/8/13 I am at 217 5.5 b/f uncertain. I have been in bbing for 18 years now. In that time, I now have a great knowledge of my body. I Train 6 times per week, one muscle group per day, heavy weight, mixed with some weeks of higher reps workouts. Total time in gym is around 1.30 to 2 hours, this is actual lifting, not talking to people. Diet is clean, sometime on leg day, I do up my carbs. 7 meal total- high animal protein and most carbs in morning- but right now carbs are less than 100g.

Other supplement I am taking are a preworkout and 4000mg of fish oil and 4000IU of Vit D.

DAY 2- ABS/CALVES-total time around 1:30
I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel for abs
Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine.


Took 2 cap in morning and plan to take 2 in evening. No effect felt yet. Dont know when this will kick in.

Are you experiencing deeper sleep patterns?
No- sleep is the same. So far just alot of sweating and recovery is increased. Mass and strength slightly- but nothing I can point and say gamma-o

217lb 5.5bf get a pic up
no, I am 217 and my height is 5.5 and my b/f uncertain. But I will also get a pic up. I have not gone for bf in a long time. I have cycled about 4 time since then. But pic will be up- but it will be off a imac isight camera.

I wish my bf was 5.5 lol...

Lat pull over machine 4x35 each side - 10 reps -3 sets
Pull ups - weight assisted- to failure.

Taking 4 caps- 2 morning and 2 bedtime. Sleep still deep- but not as deep with l-dopa stuff. But with L-dopa I had problem when I ended the bottle, some withdrawal affects. Recovery still good and I hit back really hard thanks to rebound.

Taking 4 caps- 2 waking, 2 bed-time. I have noticed slight increase in lifts about 10-15, so far. Not sure if it just the recovery factor or some other ingredient. Recovery is fast, I am someone that gets very sore even after 17-18 years of lifting. I am now not dealing with alot of that soreness or even tightness in the muscles. Libido still high and been having fun with that too.

DAY 23- abs and calves

Taking 4 caps- 2 waking, 2 bed-time. Sleep is still very deep. I wake up renewed and recover has gone up. I have been hitting hard. I having lost any muscle mass, my cut is going great. I am leaning out and getting separation all over. Abs appear leaner and narrower. Calves have had a mass increase.

Taking 4 caps- 2 waking, 2 bed-time. Chest is over dominate on upper body, but I still hit hard. I have always liked to train chest. Pump just fills the area and contractions of the muscle at end is not possible. Chest area is stronger also, getting reps out are easyer. I have thus increased weight.

Taking 4 caps- 2 waking, 2 bed-time. The sweating is not so much now. I am leaning out nicely. Sleep is still deep and I have some recall. Libido and over mood are strong and on positive side. Back workouts are strong and reps seem easyer.

Taking 4 caps- 2 waking, 2 bed-time. Leg workout was great. I have been using very slow control movement. This has help cut and also add mass, in very short time. Legs are still lagging compared to upper body. I hope to solve that problem this year. I have one day left on Gamma-O. I will post a final review in a few days....

FINAL REVIEW:

I have not taken a natural test booster in a long time. My only history of taking natural test booster are the old jungle warfare and iforce reversitol and gaspari novedex xt. This was a long time ago and these, I think had steroidal components. So it not fair to compare gamma-o to them. So gamma-o is my first true natural test booster. I used this purely stand alone and just with a pre workout and whey. I had a nice increase in libido and had lots of fun with that. Sleep was deep and memory recall was also increased. This at first seemed weird to be.. normal I don't recall anything. The deep sleep in turn increased recovery. This allowed me to hit hard with each day. I had increase in mass and leaning out..but I honesty can't say that is gamma-o at work. It seemed more from diet and training. As a natty supplement it worked good- I would give it a 8/10. I have read other reviews on gamma-o and most of them recommend taking for more time then my 1 month log. Maybe long term use may work better. This is natty supplement.. so dont expect huge increases in mass, strength or recomp. If you need something to help with libido and sleep and recovery then by all means give this a try!!!

im interested in gamma-o. i got my old man a bottle and he reported better pumps, to his surprize, as he usually doesnt notice anything from supplements i give him. im wondering if gamma-o improves someones entire steroid hormone profile; i vaguely recall reading something about it that its like cholesterol except that with men, testosterone is made more efficiently from it. im VERY curious if adrenal hormone levels can benefit as well, such as dhea ect. ; im also wondering if anyone knows anything about trying bigger dosages
