First I would like to thank JudgementDay and Athletix Sports for providing me the opportunity to log this product. I will do my best to give my honest and unbiased opinion on the product and let the results speak for the product.

This is currently the fattest and most out of shape I have been in for a long time and I am ready to get back in the game. I ashamed of these pictures but it's now motivation to get back in shape and muscular.

Starting stats:

5'8"
216.8 lbs
Fat as hell BF %

Routine:

Lift 6 days a week and cardio hopefully 6 days a week as well. Will mix my reps between high weight and low reps on certain days and light weight high reps. I will throw in super sets and diff lifting tempos when I feel it is necessary.

I will take the Titanium in the morning with my breakfast, all 3 pills at once. I will be taking no other supplements with this product besides a daily vitamin and protein powder. I may throw in some creatine if I buy some soon and an occasional preworkout if my energy is low.

I would take 1 cap, 3 times a day, this dosing should work much better.

JD... what about taking more than 3?
Well my experience with Fenugreek and I've seen the same from others trying to dose higher with it, more isn't always better, I find when you get over 1200mg mark the effects start to decline a bit, for me and I've seen others have agreed at the 2g mark the effects went down. I think the amount in Titanium is the perfect dose, no need for higher dosing :)

Yeah I'm going stick with the prescribed dosage and split it up 3 times a day. Def looking forward to seeing the results of fenugreek bc prior to this I only knew it as a supplement used for lactation support.

Day 1:

Chest and abs

Started with 10 min warm up on treadmill. Light jog and waking on incline.

I have been lifting lately by feel. I just let the weight move and I change up the lifting tempo and reps. I have only been doing this for the past month or so but I really like how it feels. Haven't tried to see results bc my diet has been crazy horrible and my lifting has been inconsistent.

About 12 min of ab work ended my lifting session.

Being slightly unmotivated and crazy exhausted I decided to end with only 15 min of light cardio. I walked on a full incline at 3mph for those 15 min.

My workouts will get more intense as I get into things and start manning up lol.

Lol, thanks man. I have a lot of work to do and will get back into the swing of things. Genetic freak I don't know, I was a fat ass for most my life. I used to be 285lbs, yuck at 5'8"
Those are some impressive numbers... and I can tell this is going to be an epic, detailed log!
I will try to keep my log as detailed as possible as it is only fair to the sponsor and helps me keep track of my progress. Today is back day and I think I may try and Deadlift and do some beach rows. I love back day, haven't Deadlift heavy in a long time so I don't think my numbers will be to high. We shall see

Bro i went from a little skinny runt to 11 yrs old picking up weight. Before I knew it I was 291 at 5'5 and now i'm down to 226 after a life style change 3 yrs ago. So i know what you mean. Stay strong and kick some butt!

Taking my pills at 1 pill split thought the day. Total of 3 pills.

Honestly my body has not recovered from my Vegas vacation so i was def not in the mood to lift, but once at the gym I get into the swing of things.

Day 3

Nothing to report now bc it's to soon in the log.

Circuit training bc I had no gym to go to. Went i
Into the garage and did what I Could with what I had.

Shoulders traps triceps abs

Circuit training as listed below. No rest in between all of these sets, maybe 10 Seconds or so at most. At least it felt that way.

Circuit 5 times non stop

Decline sit ups 15-20 Reps
Hanging leg raises 20-30 Reps
Standing BB shoulder press 10-15
Shoulder shrugs BB 20 reps
EZ bar front raises 10-15 reps
DB bent over rear delt flys 10-15
EZ Bar high pulls 10-15
DB standing shoulder press

Then straight to another circuit

5 times non stop

Decline sit ups 15-20 reps
Decline DB close grip bench
Decline EZ bar skull crushers 10-15
Dips 10-15 reps
Hanging leg raises 10-15 reps
DB kick backs 10-15 reps
Close grip seated dips 10-20

I used all diff weights but not heavy. DB work was work 20lb DBs for some exercises and 60lb for other. All BB work was with 135lbs but the no rest and higher reps made it a killer. This took exactly 50 minutes. I was in a garage with all doors closed, dripping in sweat. About 80 degrees outside. I felt great after this workout. Cardio and lifting all in one.

Lol I used to go to Indy a lot actually but not in a while. I don't know if I would be a good trainer lol, i have no patience when trying to train people lol. Unless they are experienced lifters.

Day 4...

Life has been crazy busy so time for gym has been hard. I have 3 gym memberships and they are not all well equipped. I went to the one closest to my house due to time restraints. I was able to get the necessary lifts in for leg day. Diet still needs tightened up but not bad. I do want to lower my carbs.

Thanks man. Those squats set it off and I'm starting to feel the soreness come in this morning.

Also, I work almost double shifts this entire week so my gym sessions will have to be kept at around 60 minutes. I am going to sacrifice on my cardio for another week but if I can tighten my diet up I should be fine.

Furthermore, my wife is pregnant and due in two weeks so I may have a day or two without working out but then I will make sure I get my 60 minutes in at minimum.

Day 5....

Well first sign of a possible test boost showed today. While working I had an erection on an off for over an hour for no reason at all. It was very uncomfortable lol. Also my wife smelled me and asked if I was taking fenugreek bc I smelled like syrup. So this stuff is def in my system. Once again short workout today bc of working overtime. Just has 35 min to get one in.

My veins were popping out for some reason during this workout. I had zero pre workouts so the veins were surprising. I still need to tighten my diet up. I want Lower cals, fat, and carbs due to not being able to get any cardio in.

Wow, congrats man. I can't wait for my wife to drop. I'm anxious to see how two kids change my daily schedule and life rather than one. But Def excited. I wish you the best with that man. Oh and there is some body momentum with those curls, it isn't strict form.

Lol I may have wrote that wrong. I have a daughter already and my wife is having 1 more but the sex is unknown until birth. You have a nice split between each kid and all boys....your going to have a lot of training on your hands in a couple years with them.

Yeah man those SLDL have my hamstrings burning even after just two sets. I went to one or my sissy gyms so they had the step platform which works well with them. And as far as the libido jump, I know it's short Notice for a reaction to the supps but I can't attribute that to anything else bc that doesn't happen often and it happened again today but for not as long.

Thanks man. I plan on getting that 575 by the end of this log. If I don't get ripped bc of my diet I might as well get strong, lol. Although I plan on trying to square myself away soon.
