I was generally using C4 in the past, and now i'm primarily using creatine, bcaas and arachidonic acid. simple and works well enough

  3. resting for a few days . still have major pain in my forearm and as I was rebuilding my firepit today I hit a pressure point on my elbow and God almighty what a pain . felt like my arm was on fire.now it is sore as hell and giving my trouble in the joint so I am gonna rest for one more day. back to work on Wednesday I may be able to get chest in then. Thursday ,Friday and Saturday maybe out .we have a large group coming to campus and they are a handful. sunday I leave for charlotte for three days which I have already contacted a gym in the area to workout in because the hotel only has a cardio room so I will be out of touch for a few days but will catch up on Thursday july 18th.

Luckily I've had cardio sessions or the hotel has a gym.

  7. To be honest, I try to stay in town as much as possible. Even visiting a friend two hours away is hard for me. Throws off my training and diet. Prefer to stay home and if I need a vacation, I'll sleep and eat all day lol

  8. I usually look to see if there is an LA fitness nearby since that's no extra cost. I've sometimes planned what hotel i'm staying at based on what gyms offer free usage if you're staying at that hotel. A lot of hotels that just have a cardio room or small gym do have relationships with Golds gym or other local ones to let you go there.

  9. i just go to the hardware store and buy a bunch of rebar, tape them together and go swipe some manhole covers. i can get a decent workout done by the side of the road and leave them for the next guy who happens to be on vacation!!!

  12. legs today finally. forearm is still painful but no pain well you know the rest . man it has been raining here for 5 days straight and it is still pouring down. talk about depressing.

warm up 90 on leg extensions
4 sets 15 rep failure on the last one
    135,180,205,205

    leg curls
4sets of 15 failure on final
    70, 70, 115,115

    squats
    warm up 135 for 15
    185-10

5 sets @15 superset with calf raises @40
    300 , 390, 478, 528

home with creatine, agamatine and divamax still going stronger every workout. if it wasn't for the pain in my arm and not being able to move after most of them I could keep going. if I worked out with someone I have no idea what I could do but I can't face another injury working alone. it is weird that i don't really feel anything except the need to do more. not some euphoric feeling like with pwo's , I just feel good when I am doing them. is this effect happening with anybody else? hope so it is cool. will go for chest tomorrow along with tris . log later. have a good one!

  13. the mood i am in controls so many things for me...motivation, determinatuion, aggression, desire for sex[libido]..so when i say that divamax improves my mood it covers a lot, lol.

sounds like divamax has kicked in nicely for you!!!

  14. thanks for the comment . just trying to get a feel for how it is working for everyone doing the logs. some are slinging so serious weight
but were they able to do that before this? really want to hear some feedback.

  15. Congratulations on the PR for squats Chef. Noticed the injury comment. I've been wrapping wrists, elbows and knees depending on workout in an effort to avoid any injuries. At our age I take minimal chance on joint injuries.

yeah, its improvement over time that counts, not what the raw numbers are though. The BioCor stack definitely has the right stuff in it to help with that, and all of it with good science backing it.

  21. I wish I ahd a setup like you ds. I don't have the room to put that kind of equipment. maybe someday when I build me a nice work shop out back i'll be able to.

got in a killer back session today but I was almost the youngest one in the place except for a couple of women doing cardio. those seniors must have though I was crazy grunting and slamming **** around. I love doing back now that mine has finally gotten some muscle in it I can feel the connection. like in all my muscles I actually feel the tendons contracting and flexing. I can even tell when other ones are so isolated that ones usually engaged don't come into play. that is some cool stuff there. like a kid! anyway here ya go.

finished . awesome pump really didn't think I could lift anything more but wanted to. still in the zone after all that. my lats and rhomboids were full and pumped , arms were more vascular than ever. real good one. came home immediately had crea/citr/aga drink and 8 ounces of turkey cutlets with dry southwest rub, baked potato and salad. leaving tomorrow for a few day pastry training hopefully be able to get in a couple workouts while I am gone. love trying new places just to see what they have equipment wise and what everyone else is doing. never to old to learn. everyone have a great sunday and hit it hard Monday iron men!!!!

  22. I've had fun a few times while traveling for work hitting a gym that had unusual equipment. Even just having a big stretch area with bands hooked to the walls was a sweet surprise in the one.

  23. That's funny but productive

  24. anyone had a problem with acne on this? I am breaking out all over my arms and face with zits! could it be over stemmed hormones? any history of this happening to anyone?

  25. well I am coming off the divamax for a few days to see if my acne will clear up. not much left on this log anyway.
