    I know I am shredding cals faster because I can smell the ammonia scent while I am working out. I started slamming Bcaa's to prevent muscle loss, because that smell is Nitrogen from muscle tissue breakdown

    Well, since I Pulled 405 with sloppy form, I decided to lighten up an perfect my form.
    Hips are in a constant state of hurt.
    I have been talking to the doc about getting a Medical Board. I think I need to get out of the Army and go to School. I will be 31 in a couple of weeks and I haven't finished my degree. Time to move on...

    I didn't log anything today. I did high reps on barbell flat bench, flat fly, overhead pulls, and barbell behind the back shrugs, and tried out a few new core exercises. I got some sweat glands working overdrive today!

    I don't think i like the lower back doms, straight up hurts. No problem pain though, def muscular. Paired with my hip pain I am in sit mode right now.
