    First dose of PR XT down, yoga stretches starting in 10 mins, waiting on food to take the Nolvadren XT.

    It's real windy, and there's a 60% chance of rain starting just after lunch. We will possibly only get 2-4 hours of snorkeling-cardio in today. If that's the case I'll do some push-ups.

  16. Ephedrine has always enhanced my performance. So not sure about the muscle fatigue. I know it boosts the hell out of my cardio!

    Yeah, it was probably due to lack of adequate water consumption.
    I am going to hydrate very well and give it another go!

  18. Looks like I have to do some extra posting while my brother is away!

    I was going to do a 4.4 mile run today, still might. A buddy and I were going to pound some pavement. Waiting to see what the weather does. Right now it's thunder and lightning everywhere.

  19. This upcoming week is the last week with PR-XT. So sad to see it go, but Nolvadren XT seems to be doing great.
    I am still gaining size, and I still believe there are steroids in this PR-XT!!
    Vascularity is amazing this past few weeks. I think NXT can take credit for that. My libido is kind of sketchy, i don't know what the deal is with that. Low E?
    Pumps are something ridiculous right now. I couldn't touch the back of my head right after my workout this morning.
    I am going to push as hard as I can this week to get the most out of the last week of PR-XT.
    I am feeling the blues as I enter the final 3rd of this bulk.
    I think I may want to try a PH next. Not really sure. I would like to do a sponsored log for one though. I think that I would be able to light it up good. Or I might wait on the PH.
    I have some time to decide.
    I have a bunch of FinaFlex PH's, so I could run those.
    Does anyone have any input as to what a good Starter PH would be? I also have some Ultra-Sten.
    and some 19-norandrostenidiol (Trenabol by Enhanced Nutrition). I haven't found any reviews on that either.
    I'm bored so I am writing as I think.
    Appreciate any suggestions on a future PH cycle.
    Tomorrow is shoulders.
    We are starting RAP week again, so I have to be up at 0130 and head to work. I will hit the gym upon completion of the RPFT around 0630.

  22. The most I've ever done test boosting wise is like DAA products with an Nolvadren/erase. Like right now I'm logging titanium and division 1 from Athletix. Great stack! So I guess would you consider that natural?

  23. Try the ultra-sten. I worry about 19-nor ph's bc they leave you more susceptible to serious gyno issues. I've done Hdrol before and the Forerunner DHEA-based products.

    As for the libido on our stack, you're dosing 75mgs of arimistane in N-XT and you have the brassaiopis in PR-XT, so very low E could be an issue. When I ran that stack pre-rep I had to lower my doses because the AIs worked TOO well. Consider that as an endorsement of how well these products work.

    I attributed the libido issue to the low E. i am getting labs drawn today to test for Testosterone and Estrogen. I'll know in a week where I'm at.

  27. Every time I feel weaker during a workout I drop the weight and shorten my rest periods. I also increase my rep range for a ridiculous pump! Nice workout! I bet your shoulders will be sore.

    Nice! Not too often (or often enough) people go through with this and get actual #s. Did you have a before/baseline # before you ran the stack?
