I am currently stack these product In conjunction to a 2000 and under calorie intake also playing around with the macros dependant on the amount of physical activity I do , looking to recomp/cut down, way I'm taking these is
Erase pro first thing in the morning
Alphamine 1-2 scoops first thing in the morning
Anabeta two before workout and 2 post meal
Alpha t2 I'm taking 1-2 in the afternoon and possibly before I work out
DAA I take before work out with my creatine and protein
my work out routine is the fst-7 although I don't have a scheduled time where I work out on the day because of my line of work at the airport which is shift work
I'm currently weighing in at 81.7kgs
Will be doing a weekly weigh in and if you guys like I can take a weekly shot of my body and I can do a weekly log can't do daily as I am fairly busy , and I will also like a insight if I'm taking these supplements correctly not too sure on the alphamine and alpha t2
