  5. Today was chest and was a little pressed for time so I shortened my rest periods like crazy!

    Everything was 4 sets

    Flat DB press
    85x10
    95x10
    100x8
    100x7

    Incline BB press
    185x10
    195x8
    2x205x8

    Flat BB bench-ss-feet elevated stretch push-ups
    (No rest periods, just enough time to change the weight on the bar)
    185x10-ss-10reps
    3x205x8-ss-8reps

    Incline DB press
    (Rest periods consisted of if I did 10 reps then I would rest 10 seconds,etc.)

    Chest was pumped as hell!

    The whole time I've ran this stack as well as the 4 weeks before with the new titanium I've had amazing endurance. After a set my breathing is still easy and I feel like I'm ready to go with the next set right away. Also I've noticed that when I'm done with my workout that I still want to keep lifting. I find myself doing random exercises when I'm done.

  19. Alright guys, sorry I haven't updated my workouts. I have been super busy this week. My wife had one mission for me this week and it was to buy a camper, so I finally got one and now I have some time to update I actually have been switching back and fourth between enhanced and game day. Enhanced isn't that bad, at first I didn't think it was that great but now it's growing on me.

    Wednesday was shoulders, everything was four sets

    Standing BB shoulder press

    Seated DB shoulder press

    Standing DB lat raises
    40's x 10

    Standing bent over DB rear delt raises
    25's x 12

    45lb plate front raises-ss-BB shrugs
    12 reps-ss-135x12

    Standing DB shoulder press-ss-standing DB lat raises
    25's x 15-ss-25's x 15

    Thursday was legs and I normally do deads on Saturday but I thought I would be camping today but I'm not cause I don't pick the camper up until tomorrow so I did deads on leg day and switched it up big time! It was cool and I think I'm going to keeps this routine for awhile. Everything was 4 sets

    Standing DB curls
    1x25's x 15 super slow and controlled.

    Today I decided to do a workout anyway even though I did deads on leg day I decided to do them again(their fun)!

    I did abs in the middle of the dead sets all till failure

    Ez bar curls and ez bar overhead ext after each ab exercise alternating between the two so 3 sets of each
    75x10 for each very slow and controlled

    Dual DB bent over rows
    3x25's x 12

    It was a fun workout today. I think that the titanium is giving me crazy endurance cause sometimes I just don't want to stop lifting, like today!

  23. Kinda sad but I only have 6 days left with the stack. It will end on Saturday so Monday thru Friday ill be lifting and Saturday ill be camping so I will give my final review on Friday! It's an awesome stack I hope you guys come out with a new Division 1!
