    Quick note before we start....Here's the thing,**** happens and you deal with it the best way you can.I was picked for this logging opportunity but may or may not get the free 60 servings due to me and the wife getting kicked out of the other place.I have until friday and the package hasn't shown yet.Also note I'm in arkansas now and the moore OK business is still delaying my UPS package I ordered from another website.I feel I may not get it but don't worry We found a place quickly and are still in the process of moving.Needless to say the package may have been sent to that address which I am not a resident of anymore.That being said in anticipation for the kicking out I ordered some conquer off nutraplanet because once I commit to something,like logging a product,I do it.By the way,kick ass deal going on right NOW!I would like to thank iforce for the opportunity and I would also like to say I'm not sweating the whole ordering deal and neither should they...**** happens and it was not on iforce's side.LETS KICK THIS BITCH OFF!

    Stats are as follows
    Age:23
    Weight:239 at 11%*I'm 6'5 relax*
    current supplements:fish oil,orange triad mullti and creatine monohydrate*PROTEIN IS NOT A SUPPLEMENT!Especially if you go with iforce...too damn good to be a supp.*

    I have stopped all stim use for aboout 2 or 3 weeks now.

    My goals:Size and strength.Helping me get through the move.
    I already worked out today but no stims.I'll be using this tonight to move some stuff from the old place into the new place as a pick me up.Will have my first impression tomorrow or later today but I can critique the label.

    Label design first impression:
    Simple yet sleak.I like the fact they are switching up the labels from the old ones.I got the fruit punch flavor and theres a picture of well...fruit punch twords the bottom.Looks like they are peaking into my blender every morning haha!

    I'm looking forward to trying this sucker out,Reading the other logs makes me want it more.I'm pretty run down and got more stuff too put up here today.Lets see if later today iforce can't lend me a hand!

    Please note I'm unbiased with my reviews.

    First and foremost I would like to point out that the profile for maximize intense is dangerously close to this one. I'm guessing its lower on the caffeine side than maximize.

    I would also like to compair these 2 because they are both pre workouts by iforce and I'm almost 100% the idea is to discontinue maximize for this looking at the profile. May be wrong reps can chime in.

    1 scoop yesterday and one scoop today

    Taste: God damn great! I'm hitting the fruit punch up with much satisfaction. As the time goes on lets see if I don't get tired of it.
    Rating:10/10 one of the best fruit punch flavors I've tasted. Smelled awesome aswell.

    Mixability: mixxes with ease just like hemavol. Little better than maximize intense on the mixabilty.
    Rating:9/10

    Energy: clean and steady. No crash. Helped me with moving yesterday. This is not for you stim junkies at one scoop but it's pretty damn good! I've taken a stim break so my experience will probably be Better than the regular stim user.
    Rating: 7/10. Wasn't bad,didn't make me want to tear the head off my pull up bar. Can't say the same about the wife *allways fight during moves grrrrrrr* but still gave me an awesome workout.

    Pump and endurance : this is where the product shines. Been doing some reading on COP and am very pleased. I started supplementing with it about a week ago before I got the package*has to build up* I think its a staple now! Love me some agmatine. Pumps were off the chain. Anyone who has used this knows.
    Rating:9/10 *maybe 10/10 if used with beta alinine but I'm impressed.I would suggest adding cop as a staple. Aswell.

    Focus /mind muscle connection : tunnel vision. This is what I'm looking for and I got it. Focus out the ass. If you need to get into the gym and out without getting off track this is the p/wo for you!
    Rating:8/10* I would like to see some sort of carnitine in here

    Product as whole: would I buy again? Sigh...yes! God dam iforce stealing my money LOL!
    Really good deal going on too right here on nutra.I felt I got more satisfaction out of this than maximize. The profiles are close but a lot of the ingredients are doubled which is nice!

    I would also like to say something to the people who think lifting is not functional. I lifted a 90 lbs desk in the same way I would an Atlas stone. Suck on that!

    I'm trying 1.5 scoops tomorrow.

    Day 3?

    I gained 30 lbs now! I'm hugggggggeeeee ....not really.


    I noticed it says on the container in basic terms "take this and you'll work harder". I like the fact they touched on this subject. They don't make outlandish claims and the product does exactly what it says it does. Allows you to push YOURSELF harder. Not many companys are like that.Focus was intense. Energy was there and the endurance and pump out the roof.

    My lats are sore as hell. I finally did a 35 lbs pull up with a dip belt. Got about 4 reps but wholey hell! My biceps are sore too! My bicep isolation routine changed. Removed 21s and added single DB concentration curls. Getting that peak! Kept my hammer curls and started doing reverse grip chin ups after my pull ups *same muscles as reverse curl* yesterday was awesome.


    My AB routine has changed from medium reps to high. Trying for more mass vs core strenght . I ditched the wood chops and put in decline medicine ball twist. 30 seconds with proper form and you'll get them side obliques nice and swolen.
    Ditched my weighted crunches and picked up doing crunches on a decline bench until failure. Super set those 2 and finish off with a super set of 1 to 3 sets of bicycle crunches and hip raises.
    Shoulder routine stayed the same but went up in weight. Finally pushing 90s. I'm guessing the doms. Fairy will visit again.

    Going to start doing some rope climbs for grip. They have one of those hanging from the ceiling so why not?

    Off topic here for a sec. Where I live now the cab fares are 2.75 a mile. My gym trip cost me 7 dollars in total today cause the wife took my truck and her car is broke down. That cab fare barely pays for gas! Wholey hell! Better than the can fares in austin.

    On topic: the cabbie was late and took an hour and a half. I was still feeling the effects of conquer. Good news there folks!

    I'm going back to 1.5 scoops. Due to the fact the stim break worked for me. My tolerance is low. This stuff is a buy!

    1.5 scoops today then good to go! I hit a squat PR! Not very heavy but I'm long legged. Recently been working on ass to ground squats*deep in the hole* and box squats. 250 ass to ground. Heck yeahhhhhh! I can however do 320 parallel. My stance was sumo.

    This new AB routine Burns like a bitch but I made another new PR. I'm now up to 3 sets of both bicycles and hip raises till failure in a super set. That's some sexyness.

    I love stacking it with Hemavol. The combined endurance and pumps are awesome, and the energy from the Conquer just puts it over the top. You definitely need to try stacking them together.

    So...chest /triceps. Now up to 3 plates on dips. I have good elbows calm down.

    Pushing 90 still on flat DB bench.
    75 incline is a new PR though. I'm looking to bring more stabilization to my arms. I am doing DB everything I can excluding decline,deadlifts and squats.

    The energy is still good to go. I will be upping to 2 scoops though.
    It IS just me guys. Always been stim tolerant.

    Squats went awesome yesterday. Adding in more hamstring work. Conquer is still kicking. No prs but less tired after leg day.

    Reduced fatigue without crash and jitters postworkout is one of the nice things about Conquer's energy complex.

    How's the energy and focus during the workout? Even though it's painful, I love the pump from squats with Conquer and the extra endurance to grind out another rep.

    Endurance ,focus and pumps are what I love most about it. Energy is less stim then i thought it would be. But at 2 scoops you get in there and tear that **** up!

    Pyro's overload routine.

    Box squats, one set just the bar next 2 extreamly heavy!(3 to 5 reps.)
    Squats 5x5 heavy as hell. Working on more depth.
    Hack squats 2 sets of 6 to 12 to really tax the legs
    2 sets of leg extensions *10 to 15 reps
    Leg curls plus extension super set.
    donkey calf raises 10 to 20 reps.

    Lots of volume but I'm going for size so ...yeah

    Half way review.

    Half way impressions: very clean energy. I will have to add in some 1.3 or yohimbine for my next tub though. Very stim tolerant.
    I will say though at 2 scoops its pretty sweet. For the remainder of this log I will be at 2 scoops. The pumps /focus/endurance are the most impressive things about conquer. I could see using this as a contest prep pre workout. It gets you in and out with time to spare with your skin spliting open from the pumps.

    Mind/muscle connection is a little hard to gauge but I can fully flex my traps again. This is a great thing! Overall I would say give this a try especially to female iforce fans. Maximize tasted ...ehh...not great and was stim heavy. 1/2 a scoop seems to work well for my wife with all the cooking she did today. She really liked the flavor.
    This however looks dangerously close to a maximize reformulation. I would like to see nitrates added but otherwise its a 9/10 at this point.

    I did post this yesterday but guess my phone didn't go through.

    Looking forward to stacking hemavol but only after I finish this log.
