Chest day was awesome. Up to 105s on DB press.

Leg day stayed the same. Here's the interesting thing...

I'm up 2 lbs. I've been eating like a freight train. My wife is Home sick so sorry for the Quicky!

Pre workout hype up song: sex machine by dope.
    Don't judge me LOL!

Speaking of judge. New case came to my desk I thought you all would enjoy hearing about.

I am one of the few who are a defense attorney and a prosecution attorney. I am in the role of a defense attorney this case.

Before you ask its a public trial and I'm free to speak of it.

So....lets talk security. Specifically a security company who hired my client as "the muscle".
He failed his drug test, ran a car through his bosses house and got arrested. Needless to say his house was searched because he was "on " something and wants to use that as a defence. What did they find? Crystal, roxys, ludes, e,shrooms, cocaine and........here's the kicker!
6 grams of testosterone,32 grams of deca(why in gods name)10 blister packets of winstrol, and 40 tablets of anadrol.

I'm going to try and not use the roid rage defence and stick to the drugs but can't promise anything.

Conquer wont be the only preworkout today. Seems like anger and determination will show up aswell. This case better not **** up my 20/1 win or settle /loss ratio.

My wife seems to be stealing scoops! Caught her red handed!

Post workout meal was a peanut butter and low sugar jelly sammich.
Pb crave cookie is the best! I have no clue why people avoid sugar. As my time as a bodybuilder leads on I'm realizing sugar is not instant death to my ABS.

No back day PR today but my biceps may be growing. I have to force the last 2 reps but I'm concentration curling a 40 lbs DB. Got 5 the last set. Skin tearing pumps. I'm telling you guys. Conquer is a great preworkout.
The energy seems to be fading slowly. Feeling it less and less each day. I attribute this to my stim tolerance aswell of doseage considering my body weight. I'm over 230 so...may take a bit more.

All in all I suggest buying the stack while it's on NP. Great deal. I now have got 2 of them on the way. If only my WIFE STOPS STEALING MY GOT DAM FRUIT PUNCH GET UP N GO DRANK WE WONT HAVE A PROBLEM! I think she's taken 3 scoops all together. One father's day weekend and 1 today and probably one yesterday. She's sick but she hates laying and doing nothing so...yeah.

I did do a taste survey with her. She likes the stuff and that's great cause she's picky!

Dear iforce nutrition. You have made my wife want to shop while she's running fever. I had to take the keys away LOL! Its all good though. That's 2 taste reviews in one log for ya!

Would like to see nitrates as well, but any nitrate combined with an amino is a patent violation AFAIK.

Our bulk potassium nitrate (encapsulated) should be available very soon, and should be very affordable.

Thanks for your mid-way review, nice detail and similar to my experience. I love the clean energy but I'll probably try some bulk 1,3 DMAA with it too...and some Tangy Tangerine Hemavol.

So far as I have stated before conquer is doing exactly what is on the package label. Pushing me to make myself have a better workout.

Tunnel vision today too! I'm ditching 1 arm DB rows and tbar rows and replacing with bent over barbell rows and 1 arm machine rows.
I've gotten strong enough with DB rows it feels too taxing to lug those things from the rack to the bench. If you've ever done heavy as **** shrugs you know what I mean by lugging them around.

Plan to get some more wing action. This bat may end up flying away one day LOL! I have low connecting lats so call me birdman.

So far my strenght is shooting up and will continue if I can help it.

Kinda mad at my wife. She has left me 1 scoop for tomorrow. Final review tomorrow but be assured this wont be the final time I use conquer. I'm a big fan of iforce more and more everyday.I just purchaced another one of the hemavol conquer stack. If protean ever goes on sale ill be broke. P.s. please make an 8 lbs bag of protean. I am speaking for most of the fans out there!

Okay so. Final review tomorrow. Work finally slowed down so yay!

Side note: idk why heavier guys /hard gainers worry about getting calories when stoffers makes those family size pastas. Not saying its the healthiest but it is a healthier alternative.

    Chicken brocli pasta macros

    300 calories for 1 cup.
14 g total fat. 6 saturated no trans
    26 carbs. 2 fiber and 5 sugar.
    18 grams of protien.
A crap ton of calcium and only 980 mg sodium.

    40 cholesterol.

    Good meal

    Final update/review.

First let me say I don't think conquer directly helped my gains as in adding inches to my arms in 2 weeks *LOL* but it did allow me to push harder allowing more effort in turn helping my gains.

Thank you iforce for allowing me to log this great preworkout.

Pump / focus were phenomenal. The tunnel vision followed by those pumps you'd usually find while on Ph/aas. I felt the same pump as when I was on super dmz 2.0.
    10/10

If your a stim junkie like I am you might want to add 1.3 or yohimbine. Ill try it with 1.3 and yohimbine and let you guys know.
    7/10

Mind / muscle connection is hard to gauge but I can officially say I went from barely being able to feel my traps let alone flex them to now being to flex easily. Didn't expect it but I'm pleased that I can now.
    Idk/10

All in all I suggest you atleast try it. I also would like to suggest to iforce making a nitrate product. Alongside this, hemavol, and compete you'll have the preworkout market cornered.

Also I found a new staple in cop. Its beta alinine on crack and can be stacked with it.

So thanks again. I've already got 1 sealed and 1 on the way. Conquer for the win.

Awesome man, glad you enjoyed!! Im a stim junky, and when I strictly want that cracked out energy, I toy around with conquer and maximize intense, obviously not full servings of each though haha!

Our nitrate product should be out shortly. We also have Tropinol XP which is a pre-workout testbooster which has nitrates in it as well. Thanks for the review!

So I added 20 mg of 1.3 today and yohimbine yesterday. I like the yohimbine better but that bumped the energy from a 7 to a 9. Really pleased
