  3. I love early morning training! Got to the gym around 6:30a and only one other person there. Took my 1 1/2 scoops fasted and was ready to kill it!!! Trained bis/tris today.

  4. Nothing like a little cardio and Supp-D to start your day off! Only took 1 scoop but had plenty of energy for 30 minutes of hiit. Did some running on the treadmill and heavy bag work. Will train chest this afternoon when I get off work.

  5. What's up fellas??? Had a great night at the gym. As far as energy goes its going to be hard for anything to top 1 1/2 scoops a Supp-D I simply don't want to stop!! Trained back today and literally felt unstoppable!!

    Agreed. Niners is build solid with great proportions in upper body. Haven't seen legs but I assume they're also well developed and balanced.
