Board presses are great for a heavy or max effort day - the triceps really get overloaded & you get used to pressing heavy-ass weight. Plus you feel like a badass. First time I went to a buddy's strongman gym, I watched a guy huffing some ammonia 3board press 545lbs clean...RAW. Just wrist wraps & a lil weightbelt besides his gym shorts & tshirt. There was a bunch of other gorillas spotting him & the guy holding the board shouts to the bencher, "Now how about you lift this instead of being a little bitch like last week?!" hahaha it's a legit gym.

Ok so I had to try 1 1/2 scoops today and dayumm!!! That's where it's at. My energy level was off the charts. I ended up having to wait a couple times for different things so rather than just stand around I busted out extra sets of the previous lifts. Still feeling like picking up something heavy!!! Bis and tris today, got a wicked pump going on still.
