    Conquer.. the gym. (sponsored)-Iforce


    First thanks to all the great guys at Iforce nutrition for supplying 1 tub of Conquer- preworkout. Conquer has 60 serving- so it a good deal even at 2 scoops. My dosage will change as I see fit. But I am starting with 1 scoop to gauge tolerance.

    Little bit about me. I started bbing at age 16 and now have 18 years in bbing. I have quickly become a old man at this sport. But gain, to my surprise are still easy for me to make. I as of 4/21/13 am 5.5 at 215 lbs unsure about BF. I Train 6 times per week, one muscle group per day, heavy weight, mixed with some weeks of higher reps workouts. Total time in gym is around 1.30 to 2 hours, this is actual lifting, not talking to people.

    Diet is clean, sometime on leg day, I do up my carbs. 7 meal total- high animal protein and most carbs in morning- but right now carbs are less than 100g. The only supplements(besides Conquer) is Muscletech's Phase 8 Protein- one scoop post-workout. At night I take 4000mg of fish oil and 4000IU of Vit D.

    Due to my long workouts. I am looking for something to give me that needed kick in morning. Lets Hope Conquer will do that.

    DAY 1 -CHEST

    Chest

    DB flat bench - 80 lbs -10 reps then 40- 10 reps-3 sets (superset)
    Hex Press- 40lbs- 10 reps- 3 sets
    Hammer strength flat bench press 3x45 each side-10 reps- 3 sets
    Cable incline bench 45,50,55 lbs --10 reps- 3set
    Hammer strength incline bench press 2x45 each side-10 reps- 3 sets
    cable cross over- 80,70,60,50 15 to 20 reps- 3 sets
    pec deck 70,80,90 15 to 20 reps- 3 sets.

    First day- so I took just 1 scoop to gauge tolerance and started lifting weights about 25 min after. I dont notice a kick start to Conquer. It is more of a slow release into the system. Pump was normal and energy was good at 8/10, but focus was were this stuff excels. I just tunneled vision and my mind was sharp- even when I was hitting hard and toward the end , I had more in me - so endurance was much higher. I kept reps at set level mostly, but in reality I was hitting b/t 2-5 reps more. So workout was awesome, and at the end still had that focus.. it lasted for about 2 hours after gym and after that no crash at all. Tommorrow is cardio and I plan to keep it at 1 scoop on this day.

    Side notes:

    I mixed this with water about 8 oz. stuff mixes easily in blender bottle. Smell is cherry like- but alittle on the medicine side.

    Taste- just like fruit punch kool-aid. All ethnic people love Kool-aid (dave chappelle joke!!)

    DAY 2 - 60 MIN OF CARDIO

    Took 1 scoop of Conquer. This was enough for cardio. This stuff creepy on you slowly. Focus is amazing but energy if lacking at start. But very easy to just tunnel vision and forget the world.

    hammer strength back pull down- 2x45 each side- 20 reps- 3 sets total
    lat pull down 230,220,210,200 -10 reps-4 sets total

    back rows-one arm 60,70,80,90-10 reps-4 sets total

    pull ups-BW 3 sets total

    Increased to 1.5 scoops. It still very slow release, maybe I should increase intake time to more than 30 min. The kickstart is missing still. But once it gets slowly in to system then it is a huge benefits and pickup. My only problem is that I want a big kickstart, because for me the start is the hardest part.

    Still taking 1.5 scoops, slight increase to 40 min intake. Energy start is better, but still lacking to the other preworkout I have taken. This stuff does however excel beyond anything I have used in the focus area. Start is still hard but about 10-15 min in everything comes together nicely. Workout feel effortless and you feel the beginning and the end only. Tunnel vision is so effective that you forget the in b/t stuff.

    Took 1.5 scoops. Leg workout for me is very hard mental and physical. So out of all the muscle groups this is a workout that I do but not my favorite day by any means. With Conquer leg seemed alot more enjoyable. I hit with same weight, but rest b/t set was very little. Normally I squat and rest .. but rest was very little. I also didn't have that puck feeling. So I was impress with my leg workout a great deal.

    DAY 6 Abs and Calves

    This day I opt not to take the Conquer. This will allow me to see how conquer has help me more and also give my self a rest on the stims.
    I felt strong but lack of focus and energy due to no use is more than obvious. Workout went very slow. So I see that conquer does clearly give you a advantage in the gym.

    Took 1.5 scoops. Awesome workout, focus and energy at 10/10. Arms blew up... Today I mixed this with a scoop of hemavol -so that why I got the extra pump. Standalone Conquer is not great in the pump area..but the energy and focus you get will let you hit harder and faster.. so indirectly it will affect pump.

    Took 1.5 scoops. Today I slowed the weights down and focus on contractions alot more. I tend to have weeks of heavy and then more lighter day with contractions and more control. Energy and focus was 9/10 and I just kept lifting and time few by so fast.. all I remember was entering the gym. Focus is were this product excels. I have had more in the energy area on other preworkout. But still so far I am liking it a whole lot!!1

    Do you notice anything else? Do you find you're sweating more than usual or do you feel like you could use more water?

    No this stuff is clean. No abnormal sweating or pounding heart. No jittery feeling at all, water is intake is normal. Just Clean focus, mixed with solid energy.

    Agreed.. much cleaner than Maximize intense. Maybe intense you knew you were just smacked with stims.

    Took 1.5 scoops. I got to the gym late.. due to going all over to get grocery. When I arrived at the gym I was beat- it really hot here in MD too. I was think this was going to be a tough workout. But everything quickly kicked in, energy and focus was awesome. A tough workout when very well and rest b/t set was very little. I hit hard and on a day that I didnot have much in me.

    DAY 13- SUNDAY - ABS/CALVES-total time around 1:30
    I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel for abs
    Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine

    Today I didnot use conquer. This to me is the closes I get to rest. For me rest is the hardest part of bbing.. my mind just always want to train.

    Took 1.5 scoops. Arms felt tight today. But soon pump just balloned them up. Once pump started focus and energy also came. Got everything done, but towards the end a I hit my nose on a weight bar and got a cut - that started to bleed on and on,I had to go to the locker room and wait for it to clot. Thats what happens when focus is so tunneled. You forget safety and sense are also alot different.

    Took 1.5 scoops. Workout was awesome. Focus and energy at all time high today, pump came on fast and weight seem effortless. Conquer remains very clean. I am not sweating my ass off on this stuff, like other pre-workouts. No side in terms of CNS. Weight is normal amount but I am able to get in 2-4 more reps than usual. All this adds to growth of chest.

    Took 1.5 scoops. Today I hit hard. Focus was tunneled and energy came on alittle late in mid of workout. But flow of workout was great and no trouble were I felt I was beat. I keep on going like the energizer bunny. Lats are wider and thicker, but still trying to get the inside detail.

    yup i've noticed this from conquer as well, the amount of cardio i've been doing grew just because i realized it goes by in an instant.

    Yep got a scar going on. I was lucky that I got hit in the nose and not my glasses. I tend to go into another world with the focus factor. Its was just funny and ended up in the locker room with a tissue for about 5-7 min.

    yup- cardio days are were I get the most boost from Conquer. Cardio is the most boring **** invented. I am happy as hell that with conquer - a hour feels more like 20 min.

    Yep- its working muscle wise I havent hit much plateaus, but strenght wise I have hit alot of plateaus.

    DAY 18- DELTS

    FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
    Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
    Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

    Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

    Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
    Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
    DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30

    Traps
    Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
    Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets
    standing trap plate raises to failure 20-30 reps range

    Took 1.5 scoops. Delt workout went fast, rest b/t sets under 20 sec on most exercise. Just kept hitting and hitting. Conquer is working great, only complaint is that I would like a faster kickstart. But after time its kicks in great and so far my body hasn't adapted alot to it like other pre-workouts.

    DAY 19-LEGs

    QUADS
    ass to grass squat 45x2 each side-3 set total-
    hack squat 45x2 each side-3 set total
    leg press 45x8 each side- drop to 7,6,5 -4 set total
    90 degree leg press- 45x4 each side-3 set total

    Hams

    standing ham curl 45,50,55 - 10 to 20 reps -3 set total
    laying ham curls 100,90,80,70,60 -10 to 12 reps-3 set total
    reverse ham curl- 100,90,80,70,60 --10 to 12 reps-3 set total

    Took 1.5 scoops. Took things slow movement wise. Focus alot on the contractions. Legs are growing, but I feel I am more dominate in upper body. Leg days a hard day, but its been enjoyable with conquer. I dont really notice the pain and leg tightness that I get working legs usual, the focus factor overwhelms that.

    I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel for abs
    Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine.

    Bicep
    Curl Bar w/ revolving handles
    - 25 on each side- 4 set 10-12 reps
    alternating curls DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps.
    Rope Curls - 100,120,140-3 set 10 reps
    Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
    Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps

    Tricep
    Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps
    Cable Rope pushdowns 80,90,10 10- 3 set 10-20 reps
    overhead rope extensions 40,50,60 -- 3 set 10-20 reps
    dumbbell tricep kickback 15lbs - 3 set 20 reps
    v bar push downs 70 lbs -3 set 20 reps

    So today I took 1.5 scoops of Conquer and mixed it with 1 scoop hemavol. Arm ballooned up really fast and I looked like Popeye. Pump also just made me go faster and faster. Workout that felt very pleasurable- there is something about pump- its orgasmic.
