  1. DAY 15 -CHEST

    hammer strength chest press 3x45 each side- 3 sets 10-12 reps
    DB flat press 90- 3 sets 6-10 reps
    DB flys flat- 40-3 set 15-20 reps
    hammer strength incline press 2x45 each side- 3 sets 10 reps
    flat BB chest press 2x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    incline bb chest press 1x45 each side -3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-12 reps
    Pec Fly machine 70,80,90 - 3 set 10-12 reps

    Took 1.5 scoops. Workout was awesome. Focus and energy at all time high today, pump came on fast and weight seem effortless. Conquer remains very clean. I am not sweating my ass off on this stuff, like other pre-workouts. No side in terms of CNS. Weight is normal amount but I am able to get in 2-4 more reps than usual. All this adds to growth of chest.


  2. DAY 16 -Back

    Rope Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
    Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
    iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
    Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 120,140,160- 3 set 10 reps
    T-bar row- 3x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
    Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
    Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

    Took 1.5 scoops. Today I hit hard. Focus was tunneled and energy came on alittle late in mid of workout. But flow of workout was great and no trouble were I felt I was beat. I keep on going like the energizer bunny. Lats are wider and thicker, but still trying to get the inside detail.

  3. DAY 17 -Cardio full hours

    Took only 1 scoop. Cardio when off great, just tunneled in and by no time it was all over.

    yup i've noticed this from conquer as well, the amount of cardio i've been doing grew just because i realized it goes by in an instant.

    Yep got a scar going on. I was lucky that I got hit in the nose and not my glasses. I tend to go into another world with the focus factor. Its was just funny and ended up in the locker room with a tissue for about 5-7 min.

    yup- cardio days are were I get the most boost from Conquer. Cardio is the most boring **** invented. I am happy as hell that with conquer - a hour feels more like 20 min.

    No set day off. I get told by trainer that I over train- alot in the old days. I dont believe in over training - just eat to fuel back up and get good sleep. Plus I only hit one muscle group per week directly. But toward the end of week I am sore as hell. I been bbing for 18 year now, I still get sore everyday..lol.

    Yep- its working muscle wise I havent hit much plateaus, but strenght wise I have hit alot of plateaus.

  12. DAY 18- DELTS

    FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
    Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
    Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

    Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

    Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
    Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
    DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30

    Traps
    Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
    Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets
    standing trap plate raises to failure 20-30 reps range

    Took 1.5 scoops. Delt workout went fast, rest b/t sets under 20 sec on most exercise. Just kept hitting and hitting. Conquer is working great, only complaint is that I would like a faster kickstart. But after time its kicks in great and so far my body hasn't adapted alot to it like other pre-workouts.

  13. DAY 19-LEGs

    QUADS
    ass to grass squat 45x2 each side-3 set total-
    hack squat 45x2 each side-3 set total
    leg press 45x8 each side- drop to 7,6,5 -4 set total
    90 degree leg press- 45x4 each side-3 set total

    Hams

    standing ham curl 45,50,55 - 10 to 20 reps -3 set total
    laying ham curls 100,90,80,70,60 -10 to 12 reps-3 set total
    reverse ham curl- 100,90,80,70,60 --10 to 12 reps-3 set total

    Took 1.5 scoops. Took things slow movement wise. Focus alot on the contractions. Legs are growing, but I feel I am more dominate in upper body. Leg days a hard day, but its been enjoyable with conquer. I dont really notice the pain and leg tightness that I get working legs usual, the focus factor overwhelms that.

  14. DAY 20- ABS/CALVES-total time around 1:30
    I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel for abs
    Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine.

    No conquer taken

  15. DAY 21- ARMS

    Bicep
    Curl Bar w/ revolving handles
    - 25 on each side- 4 set 10-12 reps
    alternating curls DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps.
    Rope Curls - 100,120,140-3 set 10 reps
    Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
    Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps

    Tricep
    Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps
    Cable Rope pushdowns 80,90,10 10- 3 set 10-20 reps
    overhead rope extensions 40,50,60 -- 3 set 10-20 reps
    dumbbell tricep kickback 15lbs - 3 set 20 reps
    v bar push downs 70 lbs -3 set 20 reps

    So today I took 1.5 scoops of Conquer and mixed it with 1 scoop hemavol. Arm ballooned up really fast and I looked like Popeye. Pump also just made me go faster and faster. Workout that felt very pleasurable- there is something about pump- its orgasmic.

    Is there a reason why you didn't take it? I guess you'd rather save it for a more intense workout?

    Totally agree. I love doing this during shoulder workouts. I'm also a fan of the 1.5:1 conquer:hemavol mix. Which flavor hemavol did you use? Did you like the flavor combination?

    yep- but also I want to give my body a rest- I dont want my body to adapt to it. Alot of pre-workout I have taken lose effect. Some go down to like 20% from the affect of day 1

    Same as you, I use 1.5:1. I use the hemavol lemon. I put both in shaker. I dont add alot of water. I take it more like a shot. So taste is not something I look for- just get it down fast-shot like.I have never used alot of water for preworkouts.

    I always wanted a preworkout that was sublingual, I like that method of delivery very much. If I-Force can do that- I will be first in line.

    To be honest I have lost interest in taste...I just get food down and fast. Only rules is its got to have protein. This has made diet easier of me, but I do still have one evil= milk chocolate.

    flat deline BB chest press 1x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    incline bb chest press 1x45 each side -3 set 20 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-20 reps
    Pec Fly machine 40,50,60,70,80,90,100 FST

    Took 1.5 scoops of Conquer. Today was very high rep with little rest. So chest just blew up. Focus and energy just made me tunnel and pump ever rep out. At the end of workout I was tried as hell but chest was just engorged.

  23. DAY 23- BACK

    some warmup done too
    Hammer strength Lat pull down machine- 2x45- one arm - superset b/t front and reverse grip - 10 reps-each side- 3 sets.
    V Bar pull down 160,220,230 - 10-12 reps - 3 sets
    Seated Cable back rows-one arm with twist - 90,100,110,120 10-20 reps- 4 sets
    DB Back rows - 110,120,120 - 10-12 reps - 3 sets slowed down alot today
    Lat pull over machine 4x35 each side - 10 reps -3 sets
    Pull ups - weight assisted- to failure.

    Took 1.5 scoops of Conquer. Kept weight up today.. but still tried to slow it down as much as possible. Lat is wide and thick as hell, but middle details will probably get better as cutting occurs. I am like conquer alot- I am not even missing the DMAA. I however dont know if the stim blend has anything in the same class as DMAA.

  24. DAY 24- Cardio day- Total 1 hour

    Took only 1 scoop. Cardio with Conquer as always a breeze. 1 hour feels like 20 min. But I hate cardio, so 1 hour still is ok for me. I have cardio out in the past and it just eats muscle and made me look fatter.

    not that i know of, acacia is a beast on its own. i bought tons of 1,3 when everyone was trying to get rid of it and when it ran out was sad, now i dont even miss it. theres times when i'd miss it cause of the focus, but conquer solves that problem for me.
