Wanted to get this going. Started Monday 5/20.
Just on my second week after my first physique comp so this is my first week back to slaying weights and I'm focused on growth. Abs are fun and everything and I have no plan on letting them disappear for summer but a little fat/water is cool.
I dieted for 20 weeks leading up to this show so needless to say I rebounded badly. Ate way too much, too much sodium ect etc. lesson learned. Still dropping water, gained a small amount of fat but hey what's done is done. I'm focused for than ever now. My diet is under slight supervision of my coach for this offseason and looks like this

C-250-300g
F-75g
Give or take
He's allowing me two free meals a week but free meals for me these days are a steak or burger out at a nice place.

Endurance/micro/focus xt
ALCAR
Others:
TRT 100mg/week plus hcg 5000ius/week (fertility)

Potassium
Magnesium
Fish oil 6g
Calcium Citrate

Taking a break for a bit with Gdas but they will include at some point AP/P Slin/slintensity

I train at 430am M-F weekend off
Starting a new program that I've never done. Sort of a GVT/fst7/hit theme. And I'm digging it thus far. It's high intensity high volume which I love.
Let me just say the pumps with Xgels were so noticeable even after first dose. Today was leg day and the quad pumps after 10x10 squats plus four sets 15 on leg press were absolutely painful!
Should be a fun ride.
Oh yeah since SNS sponsored a bottle I decided to pick up another bottle so I can run this 50 days!
