  4. Mack glad you're back and hope everything is ALL GOOD again. Not to say this log isn't all fine and dandy, but seriously what happened to the other log. The progression through the log was interesting and I don't understand why it had to be deleted.

  6. nice to see dem updates, i know exactly how u feel when life just throws a wrench in everything. will say i went 1 week without the gym because of personal issues, and found great relief going to the gym, better the gym session, the annoyance of life slowly goes away. keep at it brotha!

    This is so true. When the SHTF I just zone out, get locked in to my workout and go. It's the one thing I always feel like I can control.

    Subed and I sure do have a suggestion!

    If you have a chest press machine at your gym you're gtg!
    Single arm chest press to push up super set at the end of the workout.
    The machine lets more chest do the work and less triceps.
    Wide grip pushups may not be a good starter but they are an awesome finisher! Each set to failure. This is best for the end of the workout cause its taxing as hell!

    Wow, maximize v2 is going back pretty freakin far!! Maximize Intense v1 and v2 are more comparable to maximize v2 as they are centered largely around stims while conquer does have a nice stim and pump complex, it has a unique focus aspect lacking in the others IMO plus a far superior pump complex and better taste.

    Sorry man, Maximize V2 was my fav for a long while, so just seeing whats up with new one. I pretty much try all pres at one point or another haha. Iforce has always been one of my favorites
