I'm a powerlifter who (allegedly) competes in the 275 class. Currently I am training for a meet in Dubuque, IA on July 21 of this year. I just reset my training , and I am using Brandon Lilly's Cube Method. I ran this for 3 weeks prior to the reset, and I am DAMN happy with it.
