    What kind of shoulder press is that? Barbell, smith, plate loaded leverage machine, cable pulley machine? Just wondering

    Plate loaded leverage machine pretty much.

  4. I might go back to a push/pull/legs plan, because i would like to hit everything or almost everything twice a week for max growth potential.

    As long as you feel you'll have adequate recovery. It may not actually be optimal for muscle growth

    I don't seem to feel sore the next day, or even the day after that really. Unless its just because of Versa-1.
