I am having trouble sleeping here lately, so I am goingtogoahead and fill this out.
I have about 2 weeks of P90X left, which is my cutting routine. My brother, @RegisterJr , and I are in this together, even though we live about 6-7 hours away from each other. Social media has come a long way. I have also been incorporating heavy lifts several times a week. My brother has tuned me in to more weight training. Swoldiers and Anabolic Minds has presented me witha new understanding of fitness and health. In about 10 days, we will be merging into a bulk routine. Our current plan is to do a natty bulk partially sponsored by @MAN Sports. The products will be and Nolvadren XT. We are currently waiting to hear back from the corporate people to see if they are going to provide the half of our log. If not, then we will figure it out. Maybe just run those for a shorter period, then move straight into a different bulk product. After that bulk, then I cut again, then it is off to Ranger School in Early fall.
I do Intermittent fasting; Leangains.com. It is pretty sustainable for the most part. I have seen some fantastic results from it. I haven't been counting my calories this past month and a half, but I have ben leaning out pretty good while adding some lean . My weight has actually gone up on this cut, but my waist has shrunk and I am starting to see my abs a little better.
My long term goal- Gain muscle, keep body fat low, get bigger, stronger, and faster. Stay Healthy!! I have to be better than they are, I have to run faster than them.
My short term goals- Complete this cut with OxyECA Black and SPeedX3. Lose these FUKKING love handles that are mostly in the back!!
I had hip surgeries in Sep 2012 and Dec 2012 (http://youtu.be/4NC6dbclYmE). The recovery process is long and frustrating, but I am getting better.
That is my seroma (like a hematoma but with serous fluid instead of blood). That was there for almost 2 months post surgery. OUCH.

I don't really know what workout I will do tomorrow. I have Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps on Monday, so Maybe I will be doing legs and back tomorrow.
