I have a tub and a half of SpeedX3. I am going to use it religiously for the next 2 weeks, so I decided to log it.

Lecheek is a good company with great products and kick ass reps.

I am having trouble sleeping here lately, so I am goingtogoahead and fill this out.

Workout--
I have about 2 weeks of P90X left, which is my cutting routine. My brother, @RegisterJr , and I are in this together, even though we live about 6-7 hours away from each other. Social media has come a long way. I have also been incorporating heavy lifts several times a week. My brother has tuned me in to more weight training. Swoldiers and Anabolic Minds has presented me witha new understanding of fitness and health. In about 10 days, we will be merging into a bulk routine. Our current plan is to do a natty bulk partially sponsored by @MAN Sports. The products will be PR-XT and Nolvadren XT. We are currently waiting to hear back from the corporate people to see if they are going to provide the half of our log. If not, then we will figure it out. Maybe just run those for a shorter period, then move straight into a different bulk product. After that bulk, then I cut again, then it is off to Ranger School in Early fall.

Diet-
I do Intermittent fasting; Leangains.com. It is pretty sustainable for the most part. I have seen some fantastic results from it. I haven't been counting my calories this past month and a half, but I have ben leaning out pretty good while adding some lean muscle mass. My weight has actually gone up on this cut, but my waist has shrunk and I am starting to see my abs a little better.

Goals-
My long term goal- Gain muscle, keep body fat low, get bigger, stronger, and faster. Stay Healthy!! I have to be better than they are, I have to run faster than them.
My short term goals- Complete this cut with OxyECA Black and SPeedX3. Lose these FUKKING love handles that are mostly in the back!!

I had hip surgeries in Sep 2012 and Dec 2012 (http://youtu.be/4NC6dbclYmE). The recovery process is long and frustrating, but I am getting better.

That is my seroma (like a hematoma but with serous fluid instead of blood). That was there for almost 2 months post surgery. OUCH.

Took 2 scoops today and did my P90X

Then I proceeded to smash out some squats. Great energy throughout. This PWO is good.

Going to get up early and do Chest, Shoulders, and triceps. Probably about 0300 or so.

I will update more tomorrow

So, i will have to do my workout later, i have had the shiits bad! Like every 30 min for the last 18 hours or so, all night long!!

Swinging the DB up into position for the incline press. This left shoulder has always been a little crackly, i jut try to baby it a little

Have you tried boosting them up with your legs? That's why I don't go about 75 on DB-incline. Or haven't yet, anyway. I'd probably try with a partner.

Looks like no workout today. I am officially sick. The 3 days of diarrhea has turned into nausea and chills, and myalgia (generalized body pain)
I haven't had the flu since I was a kid I think, so I will be calling this 'not flu'

So... Took a scoop ( in my shaker) and hit the gym.
Strength and reps were up, but i am so dehydrated. I completed 6 of the 24 sets, now i am at the aid station getting iv fluids. Should be feeling good here soon

The Doc sent me to the lab for blood work and a stool sample. Hopefully they don't find anything big. I can barely fuggin eat.
I ordered the labs myself, so I snuck an order for lipids in too. Win.

Labs seemed a little off, but nothing remarkable. Stool sample will be done on Monday or Tuesday. I am feeling a bit better though!!

Today i took 1 scoop and went to the gym to perform some deadlifts and pullups.

Almost PR, my back didn't cooperate though.

Deads- 115x15, 205x10, 275x4, 305x1

Pullups- 12, 10, 10, 8
