Hey guys, here is my next log starting today, 5/2/13. I will be running Anabeta and Erase Pro. I have had these two sitting in my stash bag for quite some time now, and i can not resist their temptations any longer. I may need a supplement anonymous class to go to, but not until this log is finished!!!

R1 is hitting it hard before its shredding time
I am doing P/RR/S right now and am loving it! my goal is to lean bulk, even if some fat is shed in the process. not a bulk but not really a recomp. just 'get swole and forget the rest' kinda routine here. I am on my third week of P/RR/S so on monday, the process starts over. The only cardio I am doing is running my dog every night.
Supplements: Erase Pro, Anabeta, Creatine mono, whey protein, orange triad
Diet: between 3700-4000 cals. I limit sugar but keep carbs and protein high. Also eat a decent amount of fats throughout the day. I cut so easily that I can eat 3700 "clean" calories and still lose weight if my cardio is on point.
I will post my first training entry tonight. It will be a long one because I couldnt workout wednesday and cant workout friday so i will be doing a 2 - in - 1 day today. Chest, biceps, legs, shoulders. ugh...
anyways, hope you all enjoy and if you have any questions, positive/negative feedback, comments then feel free to post!
side note: it feels like christmas opening up this bottle of anabeta. if I only had a GH booster my stack would be complete!

5/2 - Chest & Biceps (with legs)
Well, I finished chest and biceps...went on to legs and after my second set of window makers i puked. luckily there was a trashcan near me. the maintenance guy is gonna be pissed lol
1.) BB Bench Super Set with Hammer Strength Incline
- 225x12 ss 90x6
- 235x7 ss 90x5
- 245x4 ss 90x4
2.) Decline Machine Super Set with BB Incline
- 90x12 ss 135x10
- 140x10 ss 155x10
- 160x8 ss 165x5
3.) Flys - 3 sets all drop sets 12, 8, 4 with static hold
Biceps (help me out on one exercise i did. dont know what its called)
1.) BB Curl SS with DB Hammer
- 65x12 SS 30x10
- 75x10 SS 35x10
- 85x8 SS 40x8
2.) Preacher Curl SS with (Lay stomach down on incline bench and curl the EZ curl bar)
- 65x12 SS 40x7
- 70x9 SS 40x5
- 75x7 SS 40x4
3.) Reverse Grip Cable Curl
- 3 sets all drop sets
ah, im dead tired. Ill post my initial thoughts on the stack tomorrow. this workout killed me.

So day 1 on the stack I have a few things to note. I'm not saying the things I felt were from the product or not, just telling you all how I felt in the gym.
Thirst was evident all session. I drank over 1/2 gallon of water while training. I was also sweating more than usual but this is my first time doing supersets like this. Wore me out big time. I'm fairly lean right now so it's hard to tell if anabeta had anything to do with vascularity. My pumps were intense but supersetting biceps will do that no matter what you are using. Appetite was increased during during my time at the gym but I went in semi fasted so I was hungry as is. Endurance was normal, energy was normal.
Today (Friday) I didn't wake up as sore as I was expecting to be. Let's see if that picks up a bit later in the day or not. Taking the weekend off from the gym but will be stretching daily and jogging at night with the pup

Chest isnt totally shot. just a steady soreness. Gonna be back on my normal schedule starting Monday when I will hit triceps and back.
quick question, anybody suffer any wrist sprain/strain when doing weighted dips? every time i do them my wrist feels sprained a day or two after. i may just have to stop doing these.

5/6 - Monday
I am going to the gym later on in the day, so i will update numbers then. just wanted to get a quick post before the gym. Today restarts the p/rr/s program back with "power" week. reps will be low, weight will be heavy. Today is back and triceps. I will try to follow the routine i did 3 weeks ago (in my previous training log) and see if any numbers improve. no need to change it since my training changes weekly with this routine. i am loving it. shock week is killer so im glad to be off of that for now!
One thing i have notice since being on this stack again is the increased vascularity even on my OFF days. it looks like my veins are dilated most of the day and starting to see veins in places ive never seen before. I love this about anabeta.

5/6 - Monday
Awesome workout today. I did less on BB Row vs last time because i didnt want to strain my lower back. its been acting up again. still got the full contraction. On all of these lifts, i did 4 second negatives. on everything else almost but BB Row, I increased by 5-10 pounds
BB Row - 185x6 205x4 225x2
Wide Grip Seated Row - 150x6 165x4 180x2
T Bar Row - 95x6 105x4 115x2
- i ended with high rope pulls to get that deep stretch to end my back workout
Reverse Grip Bench - 230x6 240x4 250x2
Tricep Rope Ext - 3 sets
Standing Overhead DB Ext - 75x6 80x4 85x2
I took muscle marinade instead of jack3d micro for this workout. that will be the last time i use it. i crash after every workout when i use MM. its a great stim during your lift, just not for me. Endurance was awesome during the gym. Not much to comment on at this point.

Yesterday i had a decent workout. it was my "powerlifting" day. I did deadlifts, squats, leg press, front squat to shoulder press (one exercise), calf raises, and jump squats. i was work out. Nothing to note yet. I should have a decent update tomorrow since its chest and biceps

Today I did chest and biceps. I am going to get away from logging numbers and start posted which exercises i did, any improvements if at all, and my thoughts on the stack.
Chest - BB Bench, BB Incline, Hammer Strength Incline Reps - 6,4,2
I really hit chest hard. Last time I did power week, I didnt touch my chest on any BB work just to get accustomed to the heavier weight. Today I did and it felt great. also did DC stretches at the end
Biceps - BB Curl, DB Hammer, Cable Preacher
I have not weighed in since the start of the stack. I will do that first thing Monday and see where I am at. I feel tiny right now, but that just may be the fat that I am losing. who knows. Today for dinner I had turkey and swiss sandwich with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. Had to get some carbs in me before i sleep!!! its always good when your best friend owns a bbq joint!
Vascularity is awesome so far. noticing "new" veins. Mainly in my shoulder and on my bicep near my axillary region. Appetite was HUGE yesterday and today. I will keep an eye out for it to see if it stays this way. Thirst is random. some days i cant get enough water, others it doesnt bother me at all. excited for my weigh in.

forgot to weigh in today. had to leave the gym a little early. still had a solid workout. i can already feel the soreness setting in. changing reps every week kills!!!! nothing to note on the stack as of yet. i may bump up the anabeta dosage to 5 caps a day. we will see.

Tomorrow is legs and shoulders. gonna be a beast day. every time i hit the gym wednesdays, i almost throw up after. i puked the last time i did it on superset/dropset week. ugh.
i will weigh in and everything tomorrow as well. been eating like a champ but body doesnt look any different to me but then again i see myself everyday.

Today was legs and shoulders. also weighed in. im -4 pounds in two weeks. crazy. wasnt wanting that much. anyways, i had a GREAT day at the gym. did calf raises, straight leg deads, squats, lunges, front squat to shoulder press, Arnold press, and BB front raises. i couldnt walk straight when i was leaving the gym hahahaha. i dont look leaner, just a little smaller...but strength is still up. really weird. hoping its fat and not muscle.

Great day at the gym!!! i killed chest and biceps. stayed at the 7-15 rep range today. really kills when you arent used to it coming off of low rep week.
well, i have some good news. I may be adding Mass HGH to this log and i WILL be adding CitMal, DivaMAX, and agmatine to it. this is just getting started! once i start all that, i will give more detailed logs. SUPER excited about mass HGH. I want to compare it to IGF 2 and HGHup as i LOVE those supplements.
I will weigh in on Monday. I feel super small right now. shirts fitting loose, pants feel large on me.

5/20 - Monday
Monday I hit back and triceps. did all supersets and drop sets. my back is SHOT today (Tuesday). Did lat pulldown to (SS) seated v bar row then did T Bar Row to (SS) reverse pull downs (hammer strength machine. different motion than lat pulldowns). ended with a drop set (3 sets weighted) of wide grip pullups. For triceps, all the exercises i do were being used so i did all drop sets on skull crushers, close grip bench, tricep rope extensions.
I gained 2 pounds since the last weight update (-4) which puts me at a net loss of -2 pounds since starting the stack. I will weigh in again Thursday. I am doing chest/biceps/legs thursday because i cant be at the gym wednesday or friday. I will hit shoulders Saturday and do a little more on legs then as well.
So far i am enjoying the stack. hard to gauge how its been physically because I am eating my butt off but not really gaining weight. Im hoping its the Erase Pro keeping it off and only gaining a little muscle and losing fat. Strength is still high, libido is actually decreased right now. acne is normal, no hair loss/stunted hair growth...etc
