  3. Curious if I would need to limit my nitrate intake...aka the nitrates put into hotdogs on top of the ones in Dpol. I naturally have low BP (10-/6-) where - = number between 0-9
    Since Dpol contains nitrates, any study with it and BP?

    Had a much better cardio session today. recycle at 8:00. Ate oatmeal at 8:20 with Dpol. PWO at 8:45 and gym by 9:20.

    Today I pushed out 1.5miles @ 7mph (172 calories), small AB circuit then 10 mins level 10 interval on the elliptical (110 calories). Better endurance then just 2 days ago.

    Might do a huge pyramid circuit later with my sister (trying to get her to do DL/squats etc). Would look like

    deadlift
    Stiff-leg DL
    Bent row
    High pull
    Clean
    Front squat
    Thruster
    Shoulder press
    Squat
    Hack squat

    With this I would do a DL. Stop. DL then stiff-leg DL. Stop. And so on down the line until at bottom. Then potentiay reverse it from bottom.

  5. They lower blood pressure in the studies but haven't seen any actually have detrimental hypotension. Not that it couldn't happen.

    I wouldn't go out of my way avoiding nitrates unless you're taking in a ton or seeing headaches/Hypotensive feelings.

    That's no fun. In found headaches happen from time to time bit doesn't seem to be a big deal...

  8. Quick barbell circuit this morning. Consisted of 1 --> 5 Rep pyramid down list superset

    Deadlift
    Stiff-leg DL
    Bent row
    High pull
    Clean
    front squat
    Push press
    squat
    Hack squat

    Did this with 65lb. Got my HR up good and quick. Finished with 5 min on the Jacobs Ladder (65-70ft/min)

    Had recycle this morning will do Dpol with breakfast in a bit.

  17. Chest and back today. Got blood drawn before working out due to higher LFTs (not on any cycle) that's been going on for about 4 months. Took recycle and DPol after my workout to reduce chance of lightheadedness. Worked well.

    5 set superset
    -DB bench press 45lb x 15/15/12/10/10
    -Cable flyes 22.5lb/arm x 14/14/12/10/10

    5 set superset
    -assisted pullups (-40lb) x 12/10/10/10/10
    -seated row 80*/90lb x 16*/14/14/14/12

    3 set superset
    -incline Bench 85lbs x 14/12/12
    -high cable row 22.5lb x 14/14/12

    3 set superset
    -machine bent rows 55lb x 14/14/14
    -inverted rows BW(146lb) x 14/12/12

    Solid pump today. Will vary chosen chest exercises each week. Going for high time under tension and :60 rest with it.

    At 146lb this is not only my heaviest I have been but also the leanest appearance wise! Freaking amazing.

    Dpol and recycle is the real deal.

    Fats between 60-100
    Carbs 280-330
    Protein: 130-160

    Small in dress shirts, medium everything else

  25. Cardio this morning .75 scoops PWO, Dpol after cardio with bfast and recycle upon waking.

    Did 12 min elliptical @ lvl 10 hills, calf-raises, treadmill @7mph for 1.5mi then 6%incline @ 3.8mph for .25 miles. Mixed it up with some battle rope sprints :15/45 on/off. Was going to do some Med ball slams but I will save some in the tank for leg day tomorrow!

    Getting compliments lately for my physique and loving it. Easy motivation right there.

    Been busy packing up for grad school along with all the shopping for supplies that comes with it.
