I can keep this one pretty short.
I honestly didn't really feel anything from this in terms of energy. I'm not sure what's in it, but it didn't really do anything in that aspect for me.
I did notice I was more vascular at the end of my workout than usual, and my front delts were absolutely sore as hell by the time I was done. Note that this was chest day and not shoulders day. So I'm guessing I received a pretty good pump
