    Preacher Curl 3x10
    Standing Single Arm Cable Curl 2x10

    Close Grip Bench 3x10
    Overhead DB Ext 3x10
    Tricep Pressdowns (rope) 3x10

    Standing Calf Raises 3x10
    Seated Calf 3x10

    NOTES: 1 Scoop Focus XT approx 30 min Pre. --- I love the Blue Raspberry & it always mixes up great in my blender bottle. ( I like about 10oz of cold water ) Good, steady energy - never jittery or "overstimulated" & I never feel a crash.
