Alright, just got my tub of Formutechin the mail today. I want to thank cswalczakny and Formutech for this opportunity. This is my first official log and I am so excited for to be my first. I will be starting my log on Monday as I just got it and already had my workout this morning and Sunday is my off day. I am currently 180lbs and I am trying to get to 190lb by the end of summer. For this log I am going to be following this training schedule:
Day 1 (Monday) – Back & Biceps
Day 2 (Tuesday) – Chest & Triceps
Day 3 (Wednesday) – Shoulders & Legs
Day 4 (Friday) – Repeat day 1
Day 5 (Saturday) Repeat day 2
This is how it goes most weeks, but due to school the days may change. I am doing 8-12 reps at the moment and 3-4 sets depending on the exercise. So excited to get this going, can't wait till Monday!
