OK had some time today so I wanted to get this started even though i wont start this product till monday

So about the product......

IronMagLabs Bodybuilding Supplements & Prohormones: M-Sten Rx

Goals..

Looking to gain 2-3 pounds solid while staying in stage ready shape have a comp may 5th the cutler classic then june 8th the Atlantic States
So im hoping this will help me eat some extra calories and put on a lil quality muscle between shows.

Some stats

30yrs old 190lbs depleted was 196.9 after 200g carbs yesterday trying to hit that 200 on stage
BF% no idea.....maybe 6% will post pics later

Recent best lifts (strength dropped quite a bit during prep due to restriceted calories)'
Im not a powerlifter I dont max out and have no idea my 1rm weights

bench 225x20 give or take a few reps depending on the day
Shoulder press 135x25-30
Barbell row underhand 225x30 overhand 275x8
squats A2G 315x10
deadlifts 315x20

For supps aside from MstenRx at 2 caps a day

MBCAA 2-3 servings a day
Vitargo 70g day

preworkouts I have a ton but im doing 2 caps uncut and 1 scoop condense

I think thats it for supps aside from vitamins, fish oil etc I do APW Whey Isolate for convienence usually 3 shakes totaling 5 scoops a day

diet is carb cycling right now my low day is 350p/60c/100f and my high day is 350p/250c/100f 5 low 2 high per week this will change next week (peak week)

training changes but I do weights and LISS in the AM then HIIT and LISS PM usually 8 days straight then a cardio only day

Today was arms and cardio AM bis/tris supersets 32 sets total 20 minutes step mill 90 minutes total workout

macros today are 350/60/100 plus the 70g vitargo that I do not count

Thanks...was supposed to be red but worked out well it matches the bodymekanics logo perfectly. They paid for.mostbpf.the photo shoot so i can just pretend i did it on purpose lol

5 days out workout

10 x 10 inline bench superset with wide grip pullups
4 sets of 12-15 dumbell press SS with tbar rows
4 sets of 15 cable flys SS with MD strechers

sick pump it was great

going back in for a PM cardio session and some tanning

instant veins anytime i have carbs all throughout my abs and obliques

will go back for a PM session HIIT and LISS probably 30 total and some tanning

lateral raises 10 reps per minute for 10 minutes 100 reps total
DB shoulder press 10 reps per minute 10 minutes 100 reps

what is you weight range for these type of workouts in terms of 1MR ? I am assuming these are very slow controlled reps.

Ya slow and controlled, focused on contraction.... I honestly have no idea what my 1mr is on any lift bro. I havent maxed out in i dont even know how.long

I guess enough weight to get 100 clean slow reps. Could be a nice addition before summer hits.

Thanka.bro. Team universe coming up top 2 per class get that pro card i believe.

Well I certainly know.a few thing about mstenrx after these first 10 days or so. No water retention or bloat and certainly helps harden muscles.

So its looking like Atlantic States show in NYC next month June 8th then Team Universe July 5-6 top 2 per class get that Pro Status!!!!!!

Still loving the volume workouts.. trying to get some growth between shows and increasig my expenditure so I can eat more make prep more comfortable especially with multiple shows

Box Squats 10 sets of 5
Leg press low and narrow stance 10x10
Walking lunges 100reps per leg
Leg Extensions Fst-7 style
AM and PM LISS carido Legs are smoked

Strong as $hit right now endurance is crazy.

Macros for the day 300p/250c/60f

close grip bench ss DB curls 10x10

v bar pressdowns ss cable ez bar curls 3x15

Lateral raises 10 reps on the minute for 10 minutes 100 reps total
DB press 10 reps on the minute 10 minutes 100 reps total
Shrugs 10 reps on the minute 10 minutes 100 reps total

arms and shoulders are destroyed driving home hurt

PM cardio 10 HIIT 30 LISS stepmill

Looking good Matty. Volume workouts are nice. Definitely useful for my cut. Can't wait to cut later but I am loving the workouts as well. Started getting better few days ago.

Leg press 10 sets of 10 up to 900 with a drop set

hamstring curls FST-7 style

macros 300p/250c/60f

So i think im about 2 weeks into MSTENrx and things ive noticed

1) no water gain
2) strength up
3) endurance up
4) between set recovery accelerated my workout intensity is crazy

No pct for me bro. I would say go with serm though if your going to. I like clomid 100/50/25/25
dpol as directed
Im not really a fan of erase i prefer exemastane for an AI. But thats just me and erase or AD3 should be fine. Inbox me for more details

I am doing clomid, DAA, e-control product from IML as the 3 main part of the PCT.

So my thoughts on PCT....this is a very conservative forum when it comes to PH and steroid use so ill be brief. If i needed to come off for health reasons or or some other factor causing me to come off i would pct. I dont see the point of going through the pct process only to just jump back on cycle again. Theres alot more to it but like i said this is a very conservative forum for the most part when.it comes to this subject and i dont want to start a huge thing on here. if youd like my full opinion and reasons please feel free to inbox me.

Still Steady increase in strength, zero bloat or water retention and zero sides overall (none were expected) all major lifts up today. cheat meal yesterday and off day for wife bday. Lats one till after the Atlantics. Had some fried seafood and ice cream looked shredded as hell this morning and that Ice cream pump was ridiculous.
