OK had some time today so I wanted to get this started even though i wont start this product till monday
So about the product......
IronMagLabs Bodybuilding Supplements & Prohormones: M-Sten Rx
Goals..
Looking to gain 2-3 pounds solid while staying in stage ready shape have a comp may 5th the cutler classic then june 8th the Atlantic States
So im hoping this will help me eat some extra calories and put on a lil quality muscle between shows.
Some stats
30yrs old 190lbs depleted was 196.9 after 200g carbs yesterday trying to hit that 200 on stage
BF% no idea.....maybe 6% will post pics later
Recent best lifts (strength dropped quite a bit during prep due to restriceted calories)'
Im not a powerlifter I dont max out and have no idea my 1rm weights
bench 225x20 give or take a few reps depending on the day
Shoulder press 135x25-30
Barbell row underhand 225x30 overhand 275x8
squats A2G 315x10
deadlifts 315x20
For supps aside from MstenRx at 2 caps a day
MBCAA 2-3 servings a day
Vitargo 70g day
preworkouts I have a ton but im doing 2 caps uncut and 1 scoop condense
I think thats it for supps aside from vitamins, fish oil etc I do APW Whey Isolate for convienence usually 3 shakes totaling 5 scoops a day
diet is carb cycling right now my low day is 350p/60c/100f and my high day is 350p/250c/100f 5 low 2 high per week this will change next week (peak week)
training changes but I do weights and LISS in the AM then HIIT and LISS PM usually 8 days straight then a cardio only day

Today was arms and cardio AM bis/tris supersets 32 sets total 20 minutes step mill 90 minutes total workout
macros today are 350/60/100 plus the 70g vitargo that I do not count
