    That's what I love about mma! It's more about skill than size. The main guy I roll with is 6'3 225. I'm 5'10 178 and can control him fairly easy

  18. Back day today. Had a great pump going. Threw pull ups into my routine to try to get a wider look.

    Rack pull shrugs
    135x10 5 shrugs per pull
    225x8x5 with 5 shrugs per pull

    Bent over db rows
    80x10 per side
    90x10x2 per side

    Face pulls up and down the "ladder"
    42.5x10x10

    Wide grip front lat pulls
    140x12x4

    Pull ups 25 second rests between
    10
    9
    8
    7
    6
    5x2

    Finished up with 30 mins on the bike and shadow boxing in the sauna.

  27. Was scheduled to train chest and tris today, but my upper back is a little sore so decided to bump leg day up. Also got 25 minutes of cardio in.

    Hammer Leg Extensions (10x10)

    unfortunately I dont, a lot of the mma gyms have moved out in the past 2-3 years
