    With everything having a second pause at peak contraction I was exhausted, like honestly dead tired.

    and I took like a 3 minute rest cuz even though they didnt clear my head pressing those that good bit still took its toll on me and I wasn't gonna fail the first time AND THEN not hit my numbers. I just took too long and got settled. Sunk a bit to the point of no return haha, second time was a clean fluid motion.

    Thanks man. Stuff is just routine now, cardio is like when I first started lifting. Sure it sucks but if you just put your shoulder down and keep moving forward it sucks less and less.

    Arms in a bit, btw quick desert I thought up. It's nothing ground breaking or even original but I liked it.

    I got like 5 bananas, peeled and placed in freezer bags and placed them to chill over night.

    Last night I got on out, sliced it up and drizzle walden chocolate sauce over it. Nice desert for under 140 cals

    I'm exhausted, I was locked out of my apt yesterday and went to my friends place to crash. We of course stayed up and hung out and shot the ****, got like 3 hours on and off sleep.
