Got home at like 9 to a nice steak, baked potato and some rolls from Tx Roadhouse. Nom'd and that's where I am at now. With 2 caps ALC
Going to take a break today since my chest is (all those pullovers) and I dont think I'd get a good shoulder workout in. There's that AND I got some Lunesta so I really wanna hit the hay early today and get a good nights sleep. Thursdays are my Fridays and I like to finish strong (this is the first semester I am actually not dead as it rounds the end for so I dont wanna ruin that)

Form was as strict as possible, I love working triceps heavy. Bent over at a 45 degrees angle so my shoulders wouldn't sting, weight back on heels and elbows locked in the sides. Crisp movements with no jerking, people were mirin'
