Today my friend showed me this bench challenge at a gym and I figured I'd sign up.
It's this Friday so I have 3 training sessions planned to get back into the groove
I haven't bb benched in forever.
1 cap px, I needed to eat I'm eating slightly above maintenance to get my strength back then gonna weigh in dry, and get a super carb up on Friday.
4 caps Creatrona (I had some left over from when I bought it and it was the powder which is really convenient to mix into pre)
And if I do it's just light weight medium volume since I start incline mostly now.

I walked away to get water and when I came back some big dude was there easily 50 lbs more than me asked if I was done. When I said he can work in he said "nah I can't lift that" and walked away. I couldn't stop smirking

With these I actually emulated bench form in keeping my shoulders retracted and everything. And that's it
I bring back a power lifting focus and I think I looked even bigger than normal. Funny. I might keep bb in the routine
