Well, my last logged workout was a bit of a dud. I suppose it was stupid to think I would counter severe CNS fatigue by resting for three days and then be 100% again. Also I slept very poorly on Wednesday and Thursday, so that didn't help. I had similar symptoms that I had earlier. Slight drop in strength, big drop in endurance. My warmup sets felt oddly heavy, but I didn't think much of it. Then during my working sets, I felt like the turbo boos that I have had while on this ABE run just wasn't quite there anymore. I don't regret going a bit heavier and higher intensity on this log, but it was a huge learning experience at the same time. In the future, if I am lifting with that much intensity and in a lower rep range (plus cardio and BJJ in the same sessions), I will have to take a break in the middle of the run and do a lower-intensity lifting program for a week or so. Anyway, here are the numbers:

    -Flat Dumbbell bench: 90s x 2-0, 85 x 1 (at this point I realized that Rest-pausing wasn't a great idea for today's other big lifts)
    -Incline smith press: 110 KG (242 lbs) x 2, 100 KG (220 lbs) x 3
    -cable triceps press down: 180 x 4-2-3
    -Side raise drop set: 35s x 8, 25s x 7, 15s x 10
    -Front raise drop set: 40s x 10, 30s x 8, 20s x 12

The drop sets worked really well to burnout my shoulders even while feeling depleted. Technically, the 110KG smith incline was a PR, but Smith PRs feel like less of an accomplishment. Either way, although my body didn;t cooperate the whole way, I have made HUGE progress on this log. More progress than I have made in any other 7-week stretch, especially considering how I look. Most importantly, I learned a lot of things to help make my next run even better than this one. I will post pics ASAP, and my final report will be posted in the next week as well. Thanks to everyone for following!

    Best,
    Tyler

Thanks YOU for this log! Crushed it and were very consistent with great updates. Just happy that with all the work you put in it appears you got what you wanted out of the products.

Before the pics get posted, I want to mention one important point. On my last log (original AB), I went from 86KG to 82KG, a difference of almost 9 pounds. On this log, I started at 85KG and ended at 83.7KG, a difference of less than three pounds of total weight. That means that, when looking at the pics, there is not just fat loss, but a SH*TLOAD of muscle gain as well. When comparing myself now to myself at the end of my original AB run, I not only look leaner overall, despite being almost 2KG heavier, my muscles also look bigger, fuller, and more vascular. I even had to take a pic of myself with my phone at the end of the "after" pics to show all the new veins I have popping out of my shoulders now. It is a crazy difference, and I hope you are all as impressed with them as I am!

Good work Tyler. You look visibly leaner in every single side by side comparison.

Here is a close-up showing increase in vascularity.

Didn't have those veins in my shoulders 7 weeks ago. Thanks again to all who followed and especially to the PES team for your generosity and support!

Man you really only lost 3lbs? The change looks much more drastic than that! Definitely some increase in muscle to offset the fat loss because that is a very nice change. Congrats man, those results are awesome.

Yup, only 2 or 3, so almost negligible. The difference in size is crazy. It is hard to tell just from pics, but everything is bigger and fuller. My arms look completely different than they did at the beginning; substantially larger, as are my shoulders. It has been crazy seeing how fast I can put on muscle and shed fat with ABE. I have loved it! Thanks again!

Wow great progress! The pics really look like you lost way more than 3lbs. Just shows how amazing ABE is at recomp.

Yeah man I was really shocked at how much muscle I put on with this run. I expected just enhanced fat loss compared to the original, but it seems like both fat loss and muscle gain were accelerated.

Thanks so much! I am really psyched about about the progress, and I really couldn't have kept up with the discipline and intensity without having this log and also all of you guys to support me and hold me accountable

Yeah I love me some ABE. I'm in my 5th week, I had one week left I found in cabinet. Last night I did Alternating Curls 1x3 70s. I have not been able to do alt curls with 70s since a Halodrol run in 2006! The Versa-1/ABE combo is killing it. Next weeks starts the OG Anabeta/Erase Pro/ 7Keto/Forskolin95/Alphamine/New AlphaT2 run!!

Bwahaha ok. I'll do my best. Frickin T2 is still sitting at Nutra while they process my whole order. I should have purchased it separately

Damn dude, you are making me really want to try Versa-1. I got a bit worried when I saw the feedback wasn't as positive as the beta testers' thus far. Glad to know it is effective for at least some people. I will have to consider buying it in the future as the day-to-day price seems to be 35 bucks (not bad at all). If you don't mind me asking, what specific differences/enhancements/additions have you noticed in effects when you added Versa-1 to ABE?

Yeah thanks for photobragging about it on FB, haha. I want whatever the mystery tubs contain. Come on, you can tell us, bro. What's in the tubs? Baboon adrenalin? It's baboon adrenalin isn't it?

At first I wasn't sure Versa-1 was doing anything. Then I stepped back and reevaluated. I believe it gives a big mental boost, my focus and mind/muscle connection has been amazing. My recovery seems to be better, and my strength came on a lot faster. 2 weeks into ABE and my strength was way up. I believe some of it had to come from Versa-1

I was pretty proud in my log I did 70lb alternating curls all while cutting lol

Interesting. Seems like people report a mostly mental effect (mind muscle connection, etc). Is your vascularity/fullness any better than with ABE alone?

Well guys, I just had about three weeks of lighter workouts to help my CNS recover, and kept a relaxed diet. Really relaxed for the first week...about 50% of my diet for the first weekend...was cake...then I started feeling horrible from all the refined crap and got back to a reasonable diet.

Anyway, just got back into DC training at the gym. I kept all my gains, I still look like the pics, and I still have more vascularity than I ever have before! The only drawback is that I gained 1-2KG from late-night eating, but I can't really even tell, as I still have good ab definition. I just started another bottle of ABE (my last one...tears are comin once I am all out haha) to keep in shape for my NY wedding at the end of the month. I can't believe that I kept all the gains. Also, I've only been on ABE again for 5 days and I feel like it has already kicked in 100%! Best. Supplement. Ever.
