    With week 2 in the books, just a few more things I'd like to note. I kind of outlined things in a previous post from Mule but i'll go over most of this stuff again.

    Pros:

    o Muscle fullness would probably be the most noticeable effect thus far. I don't really ever feel flat during any time of the day. Plus I've noticed that "after workout pump" feeling last a lot longer than before.

    o Increased vascularity would also be another noticeable effect. This past week of workouts, I did not take my agmatine pill & my veins were popping as if I had. They are very bold during workouts, but I'm still pretty veiny all day.

    o Increased aggression is somewhat there. Not in the sense that I'm pissed off all day & have any "roid rage" but I do seem to be a little snappy & it comes on rather quick. Luckily my girlfriend is the sweetest little thing & this doesn't really cause any issues. lol

    o Weight is slowly climbing. I weighed in this morning at 204 on an empty stomach, which is up 9lbs from the start. Not too sure how much is water weight, but we'll see once the cycle is over. (More worried about mirror than scale)

    o Increased strength is slowing coming on. It will be better to judge on the last week once I have another Power week to judge numbers side by side.

    o Increased recovery during workouts is something that really showed this week. Since this log started, I have an intra shake of 5g Modern BCAA & 3 grams Citrulline Malate to aid in recovery, but this week i just really had the urge to keep going.

    Cons:

    o Not really too much to add apart from the leakage, which I'm hoping won't effect short dosages. I do feel as though my 1-andro is gonna run out before anything. We'll see once it comes along. As far as today, I got a family gathering & since its nice out, it will probably consist of pick-up basketball, tossing the pigskin, etc. Hope everybody enjoys their Sunday! Will be in the gym tomorrow for Shock week of Chest & Tris.

    What's up guys? Had a great pump today in the gym! That's the best part of this Shock week of P/RR/S is the pump. If you aren't familiar with P/RR/S, the Power week is mostly compound lifts in the 4-6 rep range for strength, the Rep Range week is around the 8-12 rep range for hypertrophy & the Shock week is in the 10-15 rep range with supersets & drop sets for muscle confusion. I've been at it for about 6 weeks & really enjoy the variety of the workouts. Anyways, like I said, today was Chest & Tris & the pumps were awesome. Also one thing to add is not only did I go up anywhere from 5-15lbs on my lifts from the last shock workout, I added up to 3 extra reps with those added weights on all exercises, which is definitely a great sign. One down fall is my thumb is still bothering me. I start off strong & it just gets more & more sore, effecting my grip & stamina. Definitely will be going to get an MRI once this log is over, but I'm gonna tough it out til then. Anyways, he's what the workout looked like.

    Well, today kinda sucks. Did my normal morning coffee with a teaspoon of coconut oil, had my same shake about 45 minutes later, only thing different was I had a Oskri dark chocolate covered coconut bar after my shake to add some carbs & energy before the gym, got through this bit of my workout...

    & I got an overwhelming light headed feeling. I obviously was sweating pretty bad. (had to take my ball cap off because of the heat) I went to the bathroom & splashed cold water over my face, ears & neck & then patted a wet paper towel all over to try to cool me down. Decided to walk back to attempt my 3rd set of the pulldowns & got a sharp stomach pain, where I went back to the bathroom & was on the toilet for a good 20 minutes. Decided I was gonna pack it up & head home. Feeling decent right now.. Gonna try to cool down with a cold shower, maybe a small nap & hopefully think I can head back later. It really sucks too because I thought today was gonna be a hell of a day in the gym. Already hit some PR numbers. Kinda bummed but what can ya do? I'll tough it out though. Hopefully I'll be updating later for round 2.

    Well, as I was headin by the gym, I decided to take the route to where I passed the brand new town basketball courts, & ended up being packed. Saw a lot of the people I usually play with & decided to stop by. Told them I was headin to the gym but I'd play a game or 2. Well, that wouldn't been the case but my team didn't lose, & 2 hours passes by and I'm still playing. lol I've always been a basketball fan, I think now even more so than in high school because you're playing for fun & there's no real pressure. (Although football will always have my heart) So basically I played basketball today instead of heading back to workout, but I'm gonna finish my workout tomorrow instead of a rest day. Do have one question though. Would you suggest starting my back & bis completely over, starting from where I left off, or just do biceps tomorrow since I never got to them. Probably will just end up starting from my end point, but we'll see how it goes. 1 side note, I have been icing the thumb religiously & it seems a lot better than after yesterday's workout! Will let ya guys know what I end up going with tomorrow & will be sure to post up the workout.

    So I'm about to head to the gym now. Decided to opt out of a pre shake today, to avoid any problems I experienced the other day. I'm still gonna do an intra shake of 10g Modern BCAAs & 4g Cit Mal. I took 2 500mg Agmatine pills pre, & had a coffee do shouldn't have any problems! Gonna throw in some more back lifts & then kill Bis. Update coming after.

    Well, Luckily I ended up having a better day today. Got home from work, had a cup of coffee & decided to opt out of my pre shake (yesterday could've been caused by an abundance of caffeine) & I decided to just got with a Intra shake of 10g Modern BCAAs & 5g Citrulline Malate. I popped 2 500mg Agmatine pills prior for the pumps, took 2ml 1-andro & headed to the gym. As you saw yesterday, I did get some back work in, but my back felt pretty good so I decided I might as well work it some more! Felt pretty good. Love getting a nice lat stretch in. Then, went on to biceps which I had one of the best pumps I've had in a while. All in all, felt great today. But following Luke's suggestion, I will be checking BP tomorrow just to see if that is an issue. Anyways, here's how my workout went.

    What's up guys? Gonna take the day off today.. Lower back & knees are feeling a little rough from the pavement the new courts are on. Gonna do some P90X abs with the woman later though. Will hit legs & shoulders hard tomorrow!

    Dinner was sautéed shrimp in garlic & mushrooms, gluten free spinach egg noodles, the sauce was Greek yogurt, lemon juice & some spices, and steamed asparagus. :P

    Sorry fellas, was out to dinner and bowling with my girl and her brother & girlfriend, so I forgot to put up my numbers from earlier. Had a great session at the gym today. Numbers and reps were significantly larger than the last time I did the same workout a month ago. 45+ lbs on leg press with same number of reps, 5 extra reps on all 3 sets of barbell shrugs, just to name a few. Feel great, sweating was insane.. This shock week really got my body temp up. No real negatives to report. Have noticed a persistent shoulder/bacne which I've kinda always had a little of natty, but it's more than usual. Here were my numbers today.

    EDIT: I log my workouts on my iPhone notepad, & somehow lost the log page while trying to copy & paste it to here? No idea how that happened but I will try to remember the exact numbers in the morning & post them up. What an inconvenience!

    Well guys, like I said, week 3 is up. Will be heading into the final week on the kit tomorrow, which will be a power week, so I can kinda gauge where my strength has gone since the start. Anyways, now on to the highlights of pros and cons of this past week.

    Pros:

    o All around, this past week, I've really felt and looked bigger. I wore a tank top yesterday for the first time in awhile and I really felt huge. Looking in the mirror, I've been kind of caught off guard. It's not really anything crazy, but I definitely have noticed all around size gain.

    o A branch off of the first comment would be muscle fullness. My muscles feel harder than before, & almost have a "pump" look damn near all day.

    o Strength increase was very noticeable, especially on my legs day. 45+ lbs & 5 added reps is just an example of 1 exercise compared to the week before I started this kit. Definitely an good effect.

    o Libido is still wicked high. I'm ready to go at any time of the day.

    o Vascularity is still very noticeable. Kind of an all day effect, but they're pretty crazy during and after a workout.

    o Weight is steadily increasing. Weighted in this morning at 203.8. I know this isn't a crazy big deal to me, compared to the mirror.

    o I've noticed a greater deal of definition, even in my mid section with a caloric surplus. Triceps and quads seem to pop a lot more than usual as well.

    Cons:

    o Acne has been acting up. Mainly shoulders, but some on my back, forehead and a couple monsters on the bottom of my lats.

    o Somewhat increased aggression. Nothing uncontrollable, but sometimes if I don't think before I speak, I can lash out a little.

    o Still having some bottle leakage from the M1D. Maybe a drop or 2 each dose which isn't much but it adds up. lol not a very big deal though.

    o Judging by my eyes, it really doesn't look like I have enough 1-Andro to finish out the week. Might have misdosed it..? But we'll see.

    As you can see, so far been a great ride. Pretty solid, mild gains and basically no real sides. Gonna finish out this week strong so be ready for an awesome log week! Hope you all are enjoyed your weekend and kill your workouts!

    For me on the 1-ANDRO and M1Dandro I went from 285 to 335 on flat bench and 365 to 460 in squats I was like dang do I have to take a month off lol but the Formxt keep me feeling really strong and well being was good and my lifts just keep getting better love this new ANDRO line!

    Wow, talk about an awesome day in the gym. One of the best days of this cycle! Came in wanting to put up some weight, you kinda switched my exercises around but super happy I did. Strength was really on today. I had a great mentality to kill it going in & I did. I'll let my workout do the talking.

    4/15 Chest & Tris

    Start time: 1:10
    Start weight: 202.7

    BB bench:
    135x10, 225x8, 275x5 (PR), 285x4 (PR)

    45x10, 60x10, 80x8, 105x6, 115x5

    Weighted dips: (Tricep focus)
    BW+70x10(PR), BW+75x10 (PR), BW+80x8 (PR)

    EZ bar skullcrusher:
    105x10, 115x8, 125x6

    DB Tate press:
    45x10, 50x8,
    (right elbow started to cramp so I cut it off after the 2nd set)

    End time: 2:10
    End weight: 203.1

    My 1RM on bench is 305 & I really felt like I could have broken that today if I had a spotter. Oh well.. As noted, the last 2 sets were PRs for me, but the biggest surprise was weighted dips. Holy cow! Felt amazing being able to move with that kind of weight today. One side note is my right elbow started to hurt so I came home & threw about 5g of cissus in some coffee so hopefully that'll help ease that. Oh, almost forgot.. Had zero thumb pain in the gym today which I was rather weary of but hey! No complaints here. I also got a little surprise from everybody that's been checking in (besides Beast because he already knows :P)

    Proud of ya BOSS! Way to smash them weights your doing a great job! I just did chest today and got 335 for 2 and on incline 285 for 2 I really love these supplements. But now here's the thing the only product I'm using right now is.... 17ProAndro and bro I love it. The feeling I have while on this is awesome focus,well being,strength I just feel great. LOVE THE 17!

    Another AWESOME day in the gym! Hit my back super hard today & the finished it off with some great bicep work. Another array of PRs today. I'm 100% convinced this kit is in full effect. It has been before this, but being a power week, I'm really able to see the differences. Also took a couple post workout pics I'll post up later. Anyways, here's how my workout looked!

    4/16 Back & Bis

    Snatch grip rack pull: (bars set at middle shin)
    135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 405x5(PR), 455x4(PR!!) - this one definitely surprised me.

    1 arm DB row: (hand on incline bench)

    Lying T bar row:
    135x8, 145x7(PR), 155x5(PR)

    BB curl:
    45x10, 65x10, 95x10, 115x7, 125x5 (not a PR but most I've been able to do in a good while)

    EZ bar preacher curl:

    Standing DB Hammer curl:
