Post workout meal part 1:
2 1/2 pound bacon cheeseburgers, consisting of:
Grass fed ground beef, 4 slices of nitrate free bacon, 2 slices muenster cheese, DB Yummers barbecue sauce, red onion slices & 2 whole wheat buns.
Post workout meal part 2:
While I was eating the burgers, I had a pizza going in the oven. :P
