-off from the gym
-worked all day, I cut a lot of red meat today but my strength remand up throughout my work day.
Monday Day 27-Chest
DB Bench Press

-I had a fun time doing this workout my chest felt strong and I had a good pump going throughout the work out.
-when doing my sets of 12 on my DB Press they felt too easy getting up which means I could have either started off with heavier weights or I didn't target my chest enough and my form may have been off.
-With my last chest workout I discussed how my wrists tend to hurt during the lifts and Sean suggested squeezing my grip tighter which I did and it really helped out a lot, thanks Sean!
Tuesday Day 28- Back
10 minute bike warm up, foam rolled (my quads were killing me during the rolls), stretching and mobility work.

Observations and Questions
-this wasn't my best back day and was a short workout.
-In regards to my deads I really wanted to shoot for 255 like I got my last dead session but things seemed extra heavy today. My form seems to be getting better and is respectfully more important then the actual weight I pull. I also think I waited to long in between my sets because by the time I got to 215 I was fatigued and it felt heavy as fu*k.
-Overall it wasn't a bad session I just think my mind was on this beautiful weather and spending time outside today.
-when performing deadlifts for your workout should you avoid other pulling exercises for the remainder of your workout sessions? Like would you bent over rows, T Bar Rows, and one arm DB rows on the same day you deadlift or save those for days you don't deadlift?
-In regards to T Bar Rows my gym has both a mounted barbell and a T Bar row machine, I tend to use the machine more often. Is there a significant difference between the two or is it the same range of motion?
-Man I can't believe I only have two days left of my bottles .....oh wait I have two more bottles
-Libido is sky high. My dick hates me at the moment.
-Strength is still slowly but surely increasing
-Sleeping like a baby
-Feeling pretty alpha, I might test my test levels by going up against a one ton Kodiak Bear.
