-I really enjoyed that lift and will now aim to improve on it. I noticed the next day I felt it more in my lats then in my shoulders, perhaps my form was not correct?

For those who fallow Jason's (ZiR RED) mobility videos I watched a few and tried to copy them. Had success with some and others I failed at due to my hips not being able to stretch deep enough.
- I have noticed my overall aggression is increasing
- I have the desire to stay focused and while at the gym
-The "Alpha Male" feeling is starting to kick in which is always nice compared to the OG version where I didn't notice it until about week 3
-Strangely my facial hair seems to be growing in a bit thicker which is cool because I can't grow facial hair for sh*t.
-So far I am really liking what I see out of turbo and I'm excited to see how it progresses

Friday Day 10
-This was an overall bad day, I went into the gym with the initial plan of doing a chest and back day.
-prior to heading to the gym I took my usual supplements and 1.5 scoops of Enhanced.
-As I got to the gym I felt really nauseous and overall weak. I felt really fatigued and as if my body was drained of energy. I felt cold yet I couldn't stop sweating and my nose started to run. I did a few sets of push ups but had to conclude my workout.
-I had some dinner, studied for a bit and went to bed early that evening.
Saturday Day 11
- I decided to give Enhanced one more go and dosed another 1.5 scoops
-today was my scheduled leg day but yet again I felt the same symptoms as yesterday.
-did a quick 10 minute warm up on the bike
-foam rolled my back, hams, and quads
-body weight lunges
-15 steps one way 15 steps back (3 sets total)
-20lb 15 steps one way 15 steps back
-30lb 15 steps one way 15 steps back
-40lb 15 steps one way 15 steps back
Finished with half hour on stairmaster
-I had to fight my way through my workout today due to my feeling of nausea.
-Since my introduction back into pre workouts I have mainly used CF Focus XT and PES Enhanced which both have caused me these strange almost flu like symptoms. I remember reading a thread a few weeks ago a member created expressing similar feelings after using CF Focus XT and Mr.Cooper suggested a possible sensitivity to Choline, which I now believe is causing the same problems with myself. A couple days ago I tried a sample of PNI's Prodigy and had a really clean and focused workout without any ill feelings. After reading the profile I noticed it does not contain any Choline in it. I may lay off pre workouts for a while and see what happens from there.

-Aside from my issue with these pre workouts my overall strength still seems to be slowly but surely increasing and my sleep has been amazing over the past couple days.
-My overall mood still remains in a positive state of mind, along with my confidence starting to build up.
Tomorrow is my written test for this fire department I applied to so I'm going to focus on studying for the rest of the day and get my mind off of my somewhat crappy workouts. Once Monday hits ill get back to the gym with a vengeance and force myself to have a killer workout.
Lastly here is my lunch, a bacon and cheddar turkey burger on rye bread with a sweet potato and roasted asparagus with olive oil and cheese.

I picked up an application today for a local police department. Their physical test will be on either May 3 or 4 and will consist of:
-performing 40 sit ups in 1 minute
-performing 33 push ups in 1 minute
-a sit and reach of 17.5 where the 15" mark of a yard stick starts at the toes, so I'm assuming you have to reach 2.5 inches past your toes
-1.5 mile run in 11:58 minutes
I'm confident in everything except for the 1.5 run because my cardio sucks balls. Either late tonight or tomorrow I maybe give this all a go and see where I stand.
For pre-workout, I do 1 serving of BCAA, 1g agmatine, about 10g citruline mallate, about 1g alcar and 1/2g choline. These are all from bulk powders. Cheap and very effective. I listed IMO - order of importance (in the case I did not have all the ingredients). I can IM you more info on where I purchased these if you would like. I may add a stim to this if I feel I need the extra energy - like 100mg or more of caffeine.
I'm still interested in Choline, perhaps you can fill me in on how it interacts with you and what it's intended purpose is for? And besides caffeine what other bulk stims do you have experience with or can recommend?
1.5 mile in 11:58 minutes sounds pretty tough. I know I could do a 12 minute mile, but a mile and a half? I might have to try that today.
I'm required to run it in 12:51, ran it in 12:18 with a fat chicke that passed me. Felt like someone took a baseball bat to my thighs afterwards. Good luck D
