Today was day 32, just over halfway. Yesterday was back and it was a great workout. I started it out with 4 sets of wide pull-ups, underhand chins and hammer grips. A total of 12 sets and they were all supersets with 12 sets of 250lb dead lifts, i just tried to get as many reps as i could. which was typically about 10-12 for each exercise. This was a Insane start to the workout I was sweating like crazy. I noticed that the drive to workout and the intensity now is insane. The back workout was finished with bent over bb rows, 1arm DB rows, and all 3 grips that I used, I did the same on inverted rows. One on the mostback workouts I've had in a long time. Today I did legs and I noticed on my 2 main lifts I went up in weight from last week. Last week my joints were bothering me a lot but this week they seemed great I was back up to easily doing 4 sets of 225lb squats and 4 sets of 170lb front squats both at 10/12 reps per set. The greatest about so far is the focus/Intensity/drive, the feeling of not being able to wait to go lift and when you do, you just kill it.

Yesterday was shoulders and today was arms. I workout in the morning and I had to make them quick the past two days cause I had to get to work earlier than usual(sucks). So what I did was lower the weight a little and cut my rest periods in between sets down drastically. I did all my normal lifts that I do for each of those body parts. Holy s**t, pump was out of control the past two days! Absolutely ridiculous! Shoulders were so full and crazy detailed. Arms were pumped so full today, probably one of the best pumps I've ever had in my arms! There are so many cool aspects about d-pol, there is no way I could pick a favorite.
I tried the blackmarket adrenolyn cuts, watermelon flavor. First the smell when I opened it was great. Second the taste was one of the best watermelon favors I've ever had. Third the effect of the pre workout was alright. Not the best pre workout I've ever had and not the worst. The past two days were not good workouts to really give a good review on just cause I kind of had to rush through things cause of work so tomorrow I have plenty of time with no rush so ill let everyone know if there is a change.
This log is awesome. I must say that I'm starting to really see similar results from mine. Pumps starting to get excellent and I'm a bit over 2 weeks in. Also the wood department is highly augmented. Keep up the great work bro!!!
I did not get much from the adrenolyn cuts I my opinion. I was using the new craze before this and there is a definite difference between the two. I just felt more energy and intensity with the craze. Everybody reacts differently to pre workouts so this may work great for some.
Today is number 37 of 60, on the second half of the stack now. I have one word for today's workout, PUMP!!! My days normally consist of high protein lower carbs and minimal fat but yesterday I decided to have a cheat day with some more carbs and even a dessert! This is a rare day for me, I had some baked potatoes with some of my father in laws smoked ribs with his homemade BBQ sauce for dinner and later when we got home I had a bowl of ice cream with my wife for dessert. My wife doesn't workout or really watches what she eats so she loved ever minute of me eating that ice cream. Today was chest day and from the first set I was pumped out of control. D-pol has great pumps even on my lower carb diet but damn when add more carbs watch out ever muscle is so full it's crazy. So today when I worked out I had those carbs still in their from yesterday evening and it created monster pumps! The workout went like this.

The next two exercises were done with no rest between sets(triceps were burning so bad, arms were rubber but swollen as hell)

My arms and chest all day have had a pump that I've never had before, it's insane. So for everyone that's on the d-pol try some carbs. For me obviously my next workout after the carb meal was badass. I had a great workout today so I don't know if it was the energy from the carbs the day before or if my body is liking the adrenolyn cuts now? All in all this is one fun stack!
I just ran out of my XF UP butterscotch. I got this to replace it. WOW, and I thought butterscotch was good. This is the best tasting protein I've ever had
Day 38 was today with a back workout. Started off with 4 sets of wide grip pull-ups, second was 4 sets of wide reverse grip chins, third was 4 sets of hammer grip pull-ups. All sets were 10 reps. Then I went on to bent over bb rows. 4 sets 185lbs x 12 reps. Up next was 1arm bd rows with 95's at 10 reps per set.

After this my back was so pumped and full that I saw detail and lines that I've never seen before and my arms were pump out of control, crazy(unexplainable)! My focus on this workout was so good. I would go from set to set and just keep going, my rest periods were quite short. All in all a great workout with a lot of volume and an insane pump!
