Got a blizzard going on here. Kicked us out of the gym even. Wanted to train chest and get some more cardio in but mother nature decided against it lol. Did get a good chest day in though. Went a little lighter again and really focused on the negatives.

My elbow starting hurting again I think it may have been from the slow negatives. The cissus has been working great so far though. Not noticing any loss in strength so far and weight has stayed pretty close. I weighed myself pre training and was at 186
