I held the 5# weights the whole time, but did skip one exercise; the second set of Gladiators. The jump kicks were rumbling my stomach. I just ate 6 boiled eggs literally minutes before starting.
Also, I can tell that I've been low carb/calorie this week. I'm crashing and I never crash on Black. I'll probably up my carbs a little the rest of the day so I can make my two-a-day tomorrow.
