I've been super busy during my first week of training. My OtterBox broke so I can't do screen grabs of my workouts, and I haven't had time to use the PC to grab pics. So, the last two days I logged my non-P90X WO's in "Notes" instead of Jefit. (Jefit is awesome FWIW).
Thursday I took the OxyECA Black x1 at 12:30, and today I took my first at 10:30. As soon as I knew we wouldn't be going back to the office I felt ok with having crazy energy.
Quick warmup do to time constraints:
HR reader broken
Bb deads: 135x12, 225x10, 275x4 + 225x5
Bb bench: barX5, 255x2 + 225x10, 225x9, x8 (I felt like I could have done more but I started getting my headache back. Didn't take allergy pill this AM)
Db fly: 55x10, 60x7, 55x9
Romanian deads: 135x15, 225x7, x6
DB Decline bench: 70x10, 70x7, 50x11
Cable lower chest raise: 60x9, 50x11, 50x10
I started Ab Ripper X and decided to go ahead and do legs & back. My energy is still zooming after being awake since 3:45 AM.
-BB Curl: 85x10, 95x9, 95x7, 85x9, 85x8+65x4
-Decline Reverse Skull (EZ bar): 50x15, 70x10, 70x10, 70x8, 70x10
-Slow movement Congdon curl, inside: 40x6, 35x6, 30x7, 25x7, 20x12
-FWD leaning Rope/Cable Push: 120x14, 120x10, 110x10, 110x10, 110x11
1 SET Destroyers: 0
This was one fluid super set. No breaks except the walk from one set to another and to change weights.

All one super set; break only enough to sip water, change weights, and walk to each exercise. ------

Squats: 135x10, 225x10 (pr?), 275x6 (PR !!!), 225x10, 135x13 w/ speed
Leaning Calf Raises (machine): 580x18(st), 580x15(in), 580x15(out), 580x20 (st), 400x32(st)
OxyECA Black taken at 11:45am; 15 min before lunch. My initial plan was to take it while fasting, but its been raining all morning so we couldn't do any inspections. I didn't want to be trapped inside the car with all this energy.

3.7x2 (157 1:00 in, 140 @ end)
One super-set for all exercises. Goal is 12 reps with no breaks except water, weight changing, and waiting on talkers. May take a rotation or two to get in sync----
***** I didn't hit the 12 rep goal because i was worried about losing me place when switching weights. Frickin' madhouse today. Same reason for not doing one fluid super-set****
Db incline bench press: 65x13, x6, 50x14, 50x11,
BB flat Bench: 185x4 (effing headache, switching to DB)
DB Bench: 70x10, x9, 60x9, 50x9,
DB incline Fly: 50x9, 40x7, x7, x10, x10
DB One arm flat Bench: 50x9, x11, x10, x9, x10
Some sets reps fluctuate because people would take my weight/bench and is get a small break looking for another. Pissed me off.
Push ups with feet on ball: no time left
I am not looking forward to running out. I love the energy I have with these. This may be a dumb question, but can you take these during a bulk cycle?

Don't you love it when people take your stuff. I try to ss like 3 exercises at a time, with under 30 sec rest. People time my sets, so they can swoop in and steal my bench lol.
I saw the sad face by deadlifts. I did deadlifts for the first time in years yesterday. I didn't plan on it, but I ran into a guy at the gym who wanted me to jump in. I stopped at 310lbs x 2. I didn't have straps, and my wrist was bugging me. After no deadlifts in years, I feel no too horrible today lol. I don't feel great either though.

I came home from work and did my p90x exercise (chest, shoulders, and triceps) after work. I'm still impressed that I can have the energy to do that after work, and after waking up at 0345.
I (think) I am only doing 1 exercise today. Would've done legs + deads if I had taken Sunday off. So, Plyometrics after work. I did it early last week and the jumping woke my wife up. On the bright side, I slept an extra hour and a half today!
I'll post at lunch what time I take my OxyECA Black. We have a conference this morning and I am still too new to high-jack it with my energy. I'm hoping I can take it around 0930 so I can get a solid 2 hours until my first meal in.

I have about 5-6# of sodium bloat here, but here are my pics. If my diet had been more "on", I probably would have lost a lot more. I am pleased with the results though.
