    Formutech Nutritions Volatile Log-Airbull

first and foremost I would like to thank Formutech Nutrition for giving me this opportunity to log their product. I really do appreciate it.

Id also like to thank Hvactech for selecting me when I i dont have much time on the boards

This is my log, Im not going to list a bio about myself but if you have any questions about what my routine/diet is go for it.

I was excited about the ingredient profile so I got myself to the gym as quick as I could. Ha.

    Lets get started,

The scoop is not small nor big.(10.2g) so i was afraid of how well it would all mix together.

I mixed a rounded 1 scoop with about 10 oz of water. I stir'd her up for 30 seconds

This was the initial sediment left at the bottom that i expected to stay, but by my surprise it all disolved rather quickly. I was very impressed.

The Taste was really good, not too sweet not too bitter, it was actually very enjoyable. Ive had some pretty disgusting pre's
The first thing I noticed was the beta A creeping up my neck and face. (I love BA) I like it heavy, gets me ready for the gym. I popped in my headphones and hopped on my motorcycle and i was off to iron haven.

The energy was very smooth. Not overwhelming at all which works for me, Anything that lifts me up too quick usually drops me half way through a workout.
the energy kept me going strong through out my hour and 15 min lift.

The fun, This was by far one of the BEST pumps ive gotten from a one scoop pre. I had blood rushing to my biceps right after my first set of incline db curls. I really dont know what else to add other than the PUMP WAS INSANE.

No crash at all. period. I will up the dose to 2 scoops to asses my tolerance later in the log.

I actually will post up my routine later. and diet to track progress.

    lets get started!

Hey guys, last night I went back to the gym or back/calves. I never really get much of a calf pump but this one was awesome. I'm definitely going to train calves separate from rest of my typical leg day.

Ill be back at the gym later today after work.

Last night was chest/shoulders I decided to drink the BCAAs as well. the taste is a litttle sweet for me. but do able. My chest got a great pump like all my other parts so far. 3rd set had 225x10 and by 4th set i had 225x11 So i kind of got a second wind. it was nice! I was able to keep the weight heavy on all exercises through out my workout.

Had legs today. After my few sets of squats i could feel the blood rushing. I swole after 4 sets of squats, It usually takes a few more exercises to get a pump. Great day for sure.

Don't worry I am not gifted in that section either. Have to work hard to have big defined calves. But my forearms are road maps all year long. Vascular!

Decided to lift chest Saturday. I normally tak weekends off but I've been recovering fine. I've upped the dose to 2 scoops (leveled). Just because it's more fun haha. I didn't have a spotter today however. I still managed to put up heavy weight and my triceps nearly exploded.

Even at 2 scoops on a 4 day split one tub would last a month....i found it easier to add bulk cit mal and additional agmatine to 1 scoop

Yesterday, lifted back/bi. PUMP central. its biceps what do you expect haha. im very sore this morning! ripped em up. im still at 2 scoops. wont be coming down lol.

Back routine: wide grip pull downs, Close grip cable pull, T-Bar Rows. Ill throw in more on other typical days, but my mate had to cut it short to work :/

Bi's: incline Db curls. I usually superset this from just 40lbs down -35's. Preachers- Hammers..then some variations of straight bar cables/ropes.

I like to keep things this simple with very good form (I do cheat on hammer sometimes).

Volatile looks solid. Can't wait to try my sample packs. I never workout my calves either lol. I should to get more definition, but I'm scared they will get bigger than the 21" they are now

I normally use 1.5, but have been known to add prima force bulk agmatine for more pumps, but not necessary.
